God Bless her heart!
Every service advisor at Firestone runs when this lady pulls in. 😂
This is news i can appreciate.
'Lifetime guarantee' is a reference to the reasonable lifetime of the object. It doesn't mean the object will be replaced for free throughout your lifetime. This lady is just finessing all these companies.
Now they just say the wear is your fault so they dont have to cover it. For everything.
Biden poops his pants
Is she single?
In 2017 I won a "Lifetime supply" of that grease spray you are supposed to use for battery terminals . (It was an AutoZone promotional thing). I went in to pick it up expecting like a 5 gallon bucket of the stuff. I got a single can of purple terminal spray, a cheap terminal cleaning brush, a tiny can of wd-40 (Not the company offering the guarantee, wd-40 is a great company) and coupon for 30% off my next one battery purchase in rebate if i paid postage..... (with a clause that it has to be tested and be bad).....the coupon expire date was 1 month after I had won..... Called both AutoZone and the manufacturer to complain, both referred me to the other. So just remember, you maybe a loyal customer to every retailer or manufacturer, but they don't give an F about you. Lifetime warranty is not your lifetime, the lifetime of the product or the lifetime the paper its printed on. Its the lifetime that they "care" about it. Which is about 30 days after printing a coupon. So. yeah..............
Wow, I absolutely love this lady. She is such a great role model. The organization of her documents and her lubricant diagram were priceless ❤❤❤❤❤
love it
Amazing. ❤
I hate to be Debbie Downer here, but Joey looks way to thin here and doesn't sound right. I actually wonder if he's had a stroke.
i won a life time supply one day got 3 boxes of lays chips, aorund id 60 bags of air and chips
Sorry dear but unless a FRIEND services your car, you cannot stand by the car while it's being serviced. The mechanic will lose his insurance and nobody's business is worth having that happen.
In 1964 the average gas mileage was around 13 mpg for cars and light trucks, I guarantee she pays more in gas than her performative frugality saves her

Wow, She's my hero!
Back in those days people didnt throw things away when they broke. They fixed them.
Nothing beats a Ford! LOVE YOU FORD!
Good for her.
This should not be allowed. It is not about her dreams and excitement; its about public safety.
Lose the obnoxious music 👎🙄
stay away from my shop
Even at 6 years young, played on an old Webcor tube record changer, I knew I was a rocker forever. 1967 was a great time for music.
I thought she was pulling out her Bible.
people like this was common just 50 years ago. it was the norm. today they are rare and tomorrow they will be extinct
What a wonderful, wonderful woman❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
How do you get lifetime warranty on a company that went out of business… like sears?! I assume you don’t lol. Impressive though
smart lady!
Great attitude Joey ❤️ I wish he would have made mention of Mike
gotta be rich to follow your dreams. she makes it sound easy while she sits in her 100k+ plane
What a nightmare she must be to retail workers
so where is the car now?
I can't even find warranty information on the entire Amazon website.
i guess this is why they dont offer life time warranties anymore
No wonder they went out of business. Lifetime warranty does not mean the general wear and tear and use of the part. It means during the parts "lifetime" it would be free of manufacturing defects. They should of understood their own policy.
Know your worth ❤❤❤ rip granny
This is very old news/clickbait. This lady was 90 years old more than a decade ago and has since passed away. Not sure what became of the car, though.
No more shocks from sears.
Pure BS. If you believe this go vote for Biden. Your a fool
Don't stop. I love your shirt and soul.
She’s from a generation where people invest in their vehicle for its lifetime. Not get bored of it after 2 years and trade up to accumulate more debt. What an inspiration.
Remember that 80+ year old man that had a million mile panther platform Crown Victoria and all he did was get an oil change when it was necessary?
It's like she's he last remaining element keeping civilization intact.
This aired years ago. Most likely this car has been crushed by now. She died at age 99. Without the "lifetime warranty" it's not worth much especially since it probably had way over 600k when she passed. It's also a crappy 65 not one of the older Mercury models from the 40s or 50s that are better looking and more desirable to collectors. Those are rolling works of art, the 60s and later Mercury's are crap.
That diagram for the grease and oil fittings is awesome! Wish more vehicles had these!
She must be Jewish lol
should've just bought a diesel.
shes a weirdo that needs to go
Whats amazing is the same engine part. Thats at the level of big rigs in miles. Its common for big rigs to roll over back to 0 miles
