You made some good👍 points, but I'm white, I have big curls in my hair, and I naturally have big lips, as big as many people get surgery for. I think big lips are not exclusively a black trait, there just a trait that humanity likes.. and some copy it. Some Asian people get there eyes widened with surgery, Chinese people don't like tans, some white people use tanning beds, or fake tan, and some black people lighten there skin.. we're all a little nuts🥜
@girllikeannie2 жыл бұрын
I agree it's not an exclusively black trait. But is a typical feature of black people. I think the issue is when it comes to black people. We have had to grow up in a context of racism. Therefore our typical features have not been accepted. E.g. big lips afro hair etc. Due to racism many black people have had to assimilate into western culture and have been made to feel ugly or even have had their progression hindered based on how they look. Many black people have had to lighten their skin to get ahead.So the context is different and cannot be likened to other races. I think what people find frustrating is when features that have typically been seen as unacceptable on black people are celebrated on white people and they receive monetary gain etc. For something that is demonized on them.

Leigh has such a bad character. She got a dark skin black woman labelled as a bully on the xfactor and when she (misha b) spoke out about it, Leigh was liking posts about how she wasn’t labelled that because of her race. She does so much performative shit for BLM and it’s irritating to see people buying Into it. She doesn’t care, because if she did, she wouldn’t have stayed with her colourist and homophobic fiancé. She waited till Jesy dropped her song to start dming influencers to create videos that will send hate towards Jesy and then played victim when she was exposed.

Thank you well said...... this was nothing but sabotage imho started by her ex-bandmate. Shady and cruel on the week that Jesy's single dropped.

There's a fine balance because the spirit inside of us desires growth and evolution, like that's why we create and grow, yet at the same time if we focus on getting better as a way of fixing something inside that's never going to work. Because there will never be a there their. If we can develop and create from a space of already perfect then as you say that's. Awhile different bal game. Because rest means being with yourself. And the more you enjoy rest, you'll paradoxically enjoy work

I think growth is also a natural process it's in our DNA when we're younger we tend to interact with the world and grow and discover naturally. Interaction with the world births things, it births knowledge of what we do or dont like it enables us to discover our talents. What I have seen when we become adults there's almost a forced, controlled anxiety to grow. And when I say anxiety it is because underlying this it Is rooted in fear and the fear is often induced by a time limit on finding your potential.
