  Well done. You gave details of all ingredients and step by step preparation. It's far better than biryani done by other youtube channels run by women youtubers. In my past experience, mostly women youtubers never give full details of ingredients and always keep the steps of preparation secret. But your efforts of disclosing all details in preparation of this recipe is really superb. I can't understand what is double cream and from what it is made. I never heard this and not found at any mall also.
