  Principal Clavell mentioned "An Accident in the Great Crater"; with Penny already working for the League, I wonder if the game's main storyline has already happened in the anime's timeline and if the Trio may cross paths with the game protagonist, possibly Juliana (considering Ash always used to travel with the female protags mostly), maybe in Blueberry Academy or Kitakami.

  There are so many reasons Serena is true love. Other than obvious reasons, serena and ash actually said they would keep in touch and Serena helped ash be ash. And vice versa. Also I feel like in Kalos they were much more mature and their relationship reflected that. They helped each other become who they now are.

  Ash should’ve definitely got a Blaziken frfr . Cause the setup was him facing Harrison in johto if we are being honest ! That was his door open for the next region. They should’ve kept the trend of him catching all 3 or atleast 2 of them .

  Then you get Ash witha special Greninja that share a special ability together that noone else could ever achieve to this DAY. Then a stubborn Charizard which turned into a complete power house after training Then a Lucario a very unique and dangerous one where the Aura Sphere grows and becomes the BIGGEST MOVE YET arent like any other lucarios. Then he has Sceptile 'WITHOUT A MEGA' his able to take down 2 Mythicals with soo much ease, also dont forget that he cought a speed for deoxys, one of the fastest mon ever. He also has Goku himself Infernape, once he gets angry THE MATCH IS OVER, he has proven that soo many times, thus the owner of the blaze ability Ash also has a Lycan rock, many not be strongest than the four above BUT, its a very special one which is the dusk form that won Ash his first ever league leading em to be the best in the world And Finally, we got the main character and the true face of Pokèmon himself Pikachu not only has he proven that its the strongest pokemon in the movies and by defeating legendaries, its also the ONLY mon that shared two whole gimmicks which was Dynamaxing and having a Z move and made Ash the STRONGEST trainer in the world. He truly became the very best I really dont think Lucious will be able to tank up Ashes pokemon even with that Rayquaza who often struggles against the Explorers.
