V&A (more of a G4.5, minus the drop - goal to get that done this year), TTS (sort of lol, only done it a couple times and only the baby lines so far), Deliverance, Ridgeline and Vertigo all very close to getting them clean top to bottom, thinking ill tick them off next time I ride them.

    this may be tiring to read but here are some awesome trails worth trying at soho, upper upper luge, upper luge, lower luge, s57, maccas run (right next to the start of slides), tip top, EVERYTHING from the trail junction where ginger megs, red wine and all that fun is located, loamline (warning, INSANE JUMPS), and also old farm which is same idea as loamline. have fun if your gonna hit any more soho madness!

  • @TrailAtlas
    @TrailAtlas2 ай бұрын

    Appreciate the trail recommendations! I've ridden just about all of those trails except for Maccas run (That's not Business time or the original Slides is it?) and Old Farm which a few locals have told me to avoid. I love the trails here, so good!

  • @SimplyMTB1
    @SimplyMTB12 ай бұрын

    @@TrailAtlas you can find maccas run on strava easily, it might be the old slides or whatever except it has no slides and is closer to a black then a blue, old farm isn't too bad and you can just roll over all of the INSANE jumps, if you've been down loamline then you can easily go down old farm, even if you don't do any of the jumps its still amazing to look at and an absolute bucket list trail.

  • @SimplyMTB1
    @SimplyMTB12 ай бұрын

    @@TrailAtlas Also an ABSOLUTE MUST DO is upper upper luge, its recently been done up by the locals and its a blue/black fun speedy trail, you can find it on strava easily but for a heads up you continue along north south from the free wheeln turn off for a hundred or so, then you take a right down a walkers only track, then you'll get to a section of rocky boulders that are off to the right of the walking trail which you walk over and it puts you right at the top, also once you completed it just turn left, climb for 50 meters and you'll be at the start of upper luge!

  • @TrailAtlas
    @TrailAtlas2 ай бұрын

    @@SimplyMTB1 Cheers for the info! I have done Maccas Run then, it was nice and loamy. I'll check out old farm next time I head out for a ride. I have done upper upper loam line a couple of times, I think it's one of my favourite trails in Hobart, reminds me of a couple of some Squamish trails, like Need for Speedos.

    @@tomlegat-parker5139 I've met people who have been riding for 3 years that are better on a bike than me. I think it's more about time spent intentionally practising skills and sessioning features than just going out for a ride without a specific intent. If you want to get better quickly, maybe put 30 minutes aside on each ride to focus on one particular skill. Ben Cathro's "how to bike" series is a good place to start.
