Ya'll can't keep it in stock ever 😤.
@area419 I have a few of your standard block mounts for my ZCOs. How much further forward should I expect to move the mount compared to a zco? Just planning ahead to see if I need new mounts
Should not be a lot different than the new 36mm tube options from ZCO. Probably needs to be pushed a bit further forward because of the longer ocular housing, but not dramatically. Maybe 1 more pic slot? 2 at most.
@@area419 Thanks, very good to know. Thiose mounts are great BTW.
How forgiving is the parallax on these for 22matches? Looking at this and have a zco527 10 mil already
Any chance to get a 25 cal ogive?
We’ve NEVER seen ANYTHING like these! and you will not.
You seem to be taking very personally the idea that a new product release is taking longer than expected - this is really pretty common, especially with glass and electronics. Is there some reason you're personally so upset? We see the recurring comments.
You can’t handle the truth you and I both know they’re not coming out to probably the end of the year. But you’re hoping people will continue to pre-order an item that’s not gonna come out to probably next year which is sad but it’s business and I understand you’re in it to make money.
@@chef6782 We have not sold or taken money for a single unit. Not one dollar. Neither has, to our knowledge, Vectronix, or EuroOptic, who is doing their North American import/distribution. Why are you making assumptions that we or anyone else are up to something no-good?
I am sorry my understanding of pre-order meanings pay before you get the order. I do not know why you were beginning to take this personal. I am just a customer with an opinion for you to be getting aggressive again. It shows that somethings going on. I.
This is not a true comparing .vector x is the only one thats not selling.
You should go more into depth about what tech they have. Just saying this has more tech than that doesn’t seem to help much bc it appears vortex and sig both have ranging and ballistic built in but you said the sig has more… that more do they have?
Its Aug and no sigh of them coming out?
will this pair to a ballistics computer like the vortex impact 4000? can it be mounted under the barrel (in front of the bipod)?
Wet tumbling 100% I leave it in there for +8 hours. I also chamfer and debur my brass that would get rid of any “bulbing”. Dry tumbling leaves carbon in the neck and affects neck tension. All my necks are squeaky clean and I have super consistent neck tension.
High or low diving board for gen 3 razor 6-36. Not sure if low clears 56mm objectives
@@darrylblosser745 either will clear. Unless you have something that needs the height, the low is usually the better fit
@@area419 bummer..already ordered the standard.
I am running your Hellfire muzzle brake on my 300 win mag. Does the muzzle brake affect it at all? Do you have to put the chrono in a certain location to get proper readings when using a muzzle brake?
@@thesaltyyak4257 put the chrono on the gun or on the ground as described by the product instructions - no issues
@@area419 AWESOME!!! Love the Hellfire! Thanks for the fast reply!!!
Reloading is very dangerous. Just one time can cause a crippling addiction. Stay safe.
Looking at the insert to your dies: it looks like you have a sleeve that you can change out and that is the reamer cut chamber so could you for example slide in a different Creedmoor from a 6 to 6.5cm? Will you offer this in the future?
Yes it is - and we are actually REALLY close to offering those sleeves as separate parts making the die modular
Wholy Crap you PRS people are really Anal!
Where can I get this done
Just like i said.something is going on.
Paranoia is one of those things - once you've found it, it's everywhere you look.
ok when will they be out to order?
As soon as they ship from the Swiss - we expect this month. That's what we've been told since early summer.
The covering something up?
@@chef6782 no?
Tikka direct mount coming soon????
@@fmt5327 probably not, at very least not soon. We have a great Tikka pic rail though that will allow you to use our (or anyone else’s) mounts
@@area419 😱😭Hate you! …. Jk… you guys make good stuff. Yeah, I know you do but defeats the purpose of the dovetail… if tikka got off their a$$ and made it with 6-7mil built on it would be awesome. But that’s never going to happen… or built in a rail with 6-7mil… never happening either. Oh, well…
Great video. I'm in awe of your wall collection lol. That's probably a small house payment worth of PRS rifle goodness!
Guys they are showing that the red dot stays centered on the reticle, you know the black laser etchings on the glass of a scope? Not that when they bang on the rifle the whole system doesn't move because it obviously will when you are beating on it.
This chrony is f,ing $600 wtf. Most chrony are $100-200. This should be in the $200-300 max. Not worth it.
Do you run your brass through a decapping die to remove spent primers before cleaning, or do you do it in the resizing die after cleaning and annealing?
What are the two rifle stocks on the bottom right rifles on the wall behind the press?
@@LucasE269 both are Manners stocks, one is a TCS, the other is probably an EH1
Can two range enhancers be interchangeable or purchased separately?
Unsure what you mean on interchangeability, but yes they can be purchased separately.
Well at least this Kahles has a decent fov on the low end. The 3.5-18×50 Kahles has such a shit fov on the low end it might as well been a 5.5x. If the reticles work it looks pretty awesome actually
have you looked at the sig kilo 10k gen 2 yet ?
They Did not tell us anything we didn’t already know to me I don’t think this thing is gonna do what it says it’s gonna do and I don’t think the sales are there
Why?
Nathan (the gentleman behind the rifle) just won our Guardian Long Range match in Pennsylvania. He's a stud in real life too. :) Great company Area 419 and they know their stuff and their products reflect that.
Its obvious that it drifted and it DID NOT HOLD zero. It moved like 6" to the left if that is a 12" section of steel
But it does stay zeroed, to the reticle of course. "On target" is what you're looking at here, though that would really just be a test of the vise or whatever. The laser staying on the center of the crosshair is all that matters in this instance.
Is there an updated timeframe when these will be released?
Looking forward to getting my mitts on mine.
Can't wait
Sounds amazing
Nice!!! ❤
Do your thing. You make great products and this is an interesting test
I'm so glad to discover your company. Going down the Area 419 wabbit hole now.
Hmmm I wonder how other rings would perform.
@@Johnny-jr2lq should we do a test, just like this that shows how the perform against other premium offerings on the market? You know, exactly like this video?
@area419 You should and you should buy each one so you can show exactly what is what. No edits, in fact, do it live ! I mean, get all of them !
If they hold 500 lbs of pressure, that's more than enough for a scope. 🤔 Ridiculous !
@@MTCKIE68 Go Google “scope slipping in rings” or something similar. Grip matters. Are we providing more than enough? Certainly. As we should be.
@@area419 Seriously if you are shooting something with that much pressure to make the scope move then lap the rings and that's gone. It's my understanding from people who don't want to be named none of these rings are true they all should be laped. A 50 caliber doesn't put that much pressure on the scope to make it move in the rings unless it wasn't installed correctly. Period I think y'all make amazing products but you're extremely overpriced with them. It's getting ridiculous how quickly the new 2A companies are getting very wealthy in a short time. That's Greed plain and simple.
@@MTCKIE68yeah I agree 110% with everything you just said. I have quite a bit of Area 419 reloading equipment for when they were not as well known. Back then there stuff was relatively reasonably priced and of great quality. I can’t really speak to there current quality because I can’t afford to purchase anything from them anymore.
@@Johnny-jr2lq we’ve changed prices once, on very few products, and none by more than about 5%. And that’s since 2016.
@area419 That's a bullshit comment. The markup is at best 80%, so you don't have to raise prices ! Just like everything else is the gun industry.
That's impressive. But, I don't see me mounting my scopes on a elephant gun, or a howitzer.
@@snakeman48 Go Google “scope slipping in rings” or something similar. Grip matters, even on small arms. Are we providing more than enough? Certainly. As we should be.
@@area419 On .177 spring air rifles for that matter! They are hard on scopes and mounts. It isn't just energy or caliber. You guys are killing it!
I've had a scope in a properly torqued, very popular and expensive mount slip on a semi-auto 308 and create a less than enjoyable multi-gun stage. Recoil can be a very sharp force with moderate calibers. Repeated a few thousand or even a few hundred times and it can be consequential.
Why was it censored? Thanks
They were censoring out the other brands being tested. They don't want to call out any other brand by name.
Thumbs up from SW Ohio... I'll be placing my ZERO order soon.
Garand thumb
I love my Orange vise with the Area19 jaw kit. Got mine when first brought to the A419 market.
Hell yeah!
Which is better Garmin or labradar
Labrador is better. It gives more info. Like your speed at 10 yard, 20, yards, up to 100 yards. Also give you your BC, shot string, foot lb, etc. The garmin only give your speed at muzzle average, low, and high.
@@johnrambo1349 thank you

I don't need it but I'm going to squirrel away some ammo fund money so I can sneak one of your Zero Presses into my shop without my wife noticing.🐿
