  I never gave it a thought until you’ve asked but now you mention it did always seem to be bottles. I’m not sure if they do have draft but i think we always got bottles.

  Yes it was April 2023 that we were there. We went went during the school half term which is always a busier time but I would expect it to get busier the closer it gets to summer as the weather improves. We love it there and and love the Portuguese food. Glad you liked my video and thank you for watching I appreciate it 👍

They deceived us. We returned a year later and although we made the reservation in advance, they assigned us the same room. In the same OLD building... lies, pure lies, they let us go, in fact, they told us to go away, we went to the Moon Palace.

  It’s was around 44 THB to £1 British pound. I don’t actually know if you can use a card or not on the beach as we only had cash ☺️ thank you for watching 👍🏻

  If you notice some of the letters on the floor are red. They spell out a secret code “cyclops in the wood”. That refers to a book inside the Oak Room which appears to have a single eye on the cover. The Genus Crocus by George Maw. An amazing looking book.

We love anything with elephants on so this would be right down our street! 🐘 Think we would pass on the crocodile meat though 😂 Blimey! Those pathways are diabolical. In answer to your question, yes there was a sign in reception for the buffet restaurant it was 670 Thai Bhat per person which is expensive when compared to the cost of meals in the local restaurant's which i have shown in my last couple of videos if you would like to have a look at them I have linked them below for you to check ok.   I know there is a Laurel and Hardy museum there that people visit and if you like walking you could visit Hoad monument ( known locally as the pepper pot) which has views . Hopefully someone who know a bit more about the place can give you some more ideas. Hope you have a good time when you visit .

  @EllisTravel the service is very bad I had to call them and go to the lobby to ask for someone to clean the room or bring us water ,and keep happening, entertainment is poor, the pool is always busy no place to seat, also can't swim in the beach, ect
