One Life To Live. Live it!

One Life To Live. Live it!

📌 Where now? Alaska!

My name is Colin.
I have been exploring our world for over 17 years.
102 countries visited. More to come.
Adventure awaits!

My mission... to visit all corners of this magnificent planet - observe, learn, grow, LIVE.
This channel will share my personal experiences and thoughts as they arise.

Almost everything in today's new world is photo shop, filters, drones, slow-motion, "Hollywood."
What happened to reality?
With my journey, I will share the raw and the REAL!
Not about me - not the selfie stick...
Rather...
The sights and sounds EXACTLY as experienced.

"THIS IS HOW I SEE IT" - Earth Stories.

This journey I have embarked on has changed my life in more ways then I ever could have imagined.
I hope this channel can allow the viewer to experience the same.

"You have one life to live... LIVE IT!"

Pfffff, man, I've spent one month in Timisoara and it is a terribly dreadful place. What you are showing is the small historical center that you can see in one morning (and then leave). That centre has some nice facades, but it is only two huge empty esplanades, packed with very impersonal (and expensive) touristic terraces. All the rest, the real Timisoara is a huge and very sordid industrial-soviet village with nothing expect greyness. One thing that surprised me is the ridiculous pretentiousness of many places (and people) in that historical part, as if they think they are in a very trendy area of central London. Seriously..... much arrogance in the service, and people are way very rude and harsh compared with the rest of Romania. I would say it is more like a village of Serbia, rather than a city of Romania. This title of "European City of Culture" for 2023 is just so ridiculous, and perhaps that made this place so pretentious. The atmosphere here has absolutely nothing to do with culture. The only thing, perhaps, is that as the two squares are big and empty they can set an stage sometimes and organise musical events, but they are more entertainment than culture. The fact that they named this "city" a cultural capital shows you how much corruption there is here (and in the EU), because I cannot understand it, unless someone paid to someone to give Timisoara such title. I'm writing all this because it is precisely all the amount of youtubers that talk about Timisoara what made me come, and I can say they give a terribly deluded vision of what this place is.

very much like several *original downtown areas* of many other cities and towns. nothing like what they were in their beginnings. (also 2021 covid ) you sure missed out bad.. Greater Sudbury is 3,186 square kilometres in area, making it the geographically largest municipality in Ontario and second largest in Canada.

2024 visited Brasov. A tourist place, doesnt do much for the people only brings in only global trash. All i saw was a broken culture, westernized and shit quality evrrything. Even thr Airbnbs most were without and no different. Brasov was a waste even their health system was a joke. Not worth it.

I love parry sound, but too many of us love it and are moving there and other small towns in northern ontario in droves. Its our choice where we choose to live, but that small town feeling is rapidly disappearing. Rampant development in parry sound, wasaga beach, north bay and other northern communities....just not the same as it once was.😮

It’s shameful to me that any man wouldn’t fight to protect their country. Fighting for your country and fighting to protect your family and friends is one in the same so it’s just a cowards excuse if some of them are saying they would fight for their family but not Ukraine.

No, my dear, your channel is not growing because what you are pointing out to, and your comments, it's only if you see something wrong ( bottles in the lake, alleys not perfect...) , but if you see something good, you are totally quite. 😅Also, you are not explaining anything about the statues you are showing, like:" they call this guy Michael The Brave"..😢😅 Seriously..." this guy "? 😂 Come on!😀😅😂

This is the husky I fed when I stayed for a month in September last year. I heard a the story of him being left at the train station by a family that was leaving the country in the early days of the war. And he waited for a month where they left him. Eventually he moved and stayed right out side the hostel I stayed, so I looked after him and it seemed the locals tried to look after him to. Hope his family come back for him 🙏🏼 also that lake in the summer is busy and the owner of that lodge on the lake closes for winter he told us. Great video!

A lot of Romanian towns have been restored only in the center or on some turistic spots. The question is: "How daes Oradea look if you want to go to the non turistic neighborhoods. Are the streets, houses, agrement areas, government agencies all fixed to be used by the local people? This how the administrators of a town or a city should be judged. The glitzy part put you on the turistic map. The practical improvements of thevevery day life for the locals should get you elected. How is Oradea for someone who would consider moving in?
