thank you for the beautiful music you left behind cass <3 I hope even after all of these years you’re at peace. I don’t think you even saw how beautiful of a woman you truly were. you were so much more than your weight, cass. I hope now that you are at peace that you know that.

It must have been a big part? What a rude man . Back then they were a lot of discrimination towards ( I don’t want to offend anyone) large people. I was the only fat child in my class in the 70s and I was singled out and bullied. She was a natural woman and had a great talent.

Cass could have easily lived another four decades and hosted Saturday Night Live. I wish she looked up to her mother (shown at 0:28) enough not to go on a crash diet in the first place.

This sensational harmonising group from the 60s can cover any song and make it their own, I've always loved the Mamas and the Papas , still do even to this day, tysm for sharing ❤❤

What a delightful appearance by Cass . Well versed and not afraid to be out spoken and retracted statement the sign of a person that was responsible with making statements wrong and readily to correct the past .

Why tf does every show back then make fun of her weight? And she always flowed with it .. She is a pretty woman. Imagine her at like 135 lbs... But most of all, she is so talented in many aspects and her personality and presence is off the charts... I would have freaking loved her if i knew her. She is bad ass... And another thing is, she seemed so current. Its almost as if her appearances were in the last few years.... Mama Cass, we know you are still out there somewhere 🙏

My opinion as a physician: on her death certificate, it will list left heart failure due to left myocardial infarction. But then under contributing factors, it should include 1/ History of opiate and stimulant drug use, 2/ Obesity and its co-morbidities, including sleep apnea, heart failure, and hypertension, 3/ Smoking , 4/ Possible history of previous unknown infarctions evidenced by severe left heart fatty degeneration. 5/ History of rapid weight loss with starvation and stimulant drug use. Possible starvation evidenced by severe left heart fatty degeneration.
