Squeeze Harder ;)
Nice to know another way to do it!
My favourite technique! I have been drilling this a lot as a method to train my hands to follow through with all my forward throws. Especially helpful for Tai Otoshi.
merci beaucoup
Does anyone know the full name of this DVD, including publisher and year? thanks

excellent warm-up training
Most of these are warm up exercises not techniques. They can be very valuable but the title to the vid is misleading.
5:40 how will this make me better at grappling? This is the main issue I have with most martial arts. There's so much garbage built-in that is there due to inertia and legacy that is a complete waste of time. Even boxing, arguably the most effective martial art of all time, is guilty of this. A speedbag makes zero sense... and so does half the training in boxing... which is basically "how to throw a punch"... when in reality what makes you an good boxer is footwork, not how good you throw the punches.
Cardio, stamina, functional strength, conditioning There’s a lot more to fighting than just knowing technique and throwing a punch. You need to be in top shape or you won’t make it to the end of the fight or won’t have any power.
Noah, break a leg! Bravo

Excelente preparación Física
Man, that looks so hard! 🙄 I think I'll use those training techniques when I'm helping the sensei training his junior pupils. 🤣
