    Is there a good POS system that is quick ? For a busy bar where you dont have to click a bunch of choices and you can hit 2 or 3 buttons to close transaction. This is way too time consuming, seems like old school is much faster than all these add ons.

    I have a problem with this at work. I’m confused with the whole thing where you have to “course” the items in order for them to be made in the kitchen even if you input the whole order at once

  • @lannagrays271
    @lannagrays2714 жыл бұрын

    When you " course" it is referring to appetizers first , salad, entree, ect..if you know the timing of your kitchen then you can skip using the course button. But you will need to remember and watch your guest to know when to send an entree like when they are half way thru the appetizer..that way theres not a table of food from each department or to ensure food doesn't take to long to come

    I’m the bartender, is hard when you have a full bar.....the problem is also the restaurant’ logistics, they should have a steady runner bringing out the food. Thank you for your feedback.

    This is like the wort company out there, after I signed up with toast and paid a down payment Of $1200.00 I never received the equipment like promised, I called my sales specialist and She told me she didn’t know what the issue was, she said let me check and never called me back, I called her many times and e mail her many times and no reply, than finely got an e mail From her and she said they try to contact me and I didn’t reply. Well I ask for a refund, I really didn’t wanted ho have a pos with such poor customer Service and she said there is no refunds. I also try to contact customer service but they just won’t call me.
