  So when I was shifting I saw in a little orange cat and then like it was like a really hot day cuz it was like so much Sun we started running around the forest it was just so beautiful there are so many trees there was like a little lake that had like a little rocks that we could go over it was just the best

  As soon as I started to listen to this I started to get nervous and bite my nails Im confused, this means something or not? Edit: in snowstorm sounds I started to imagine me (I guess) running in the snow, this counts as a shift? Edit 2: in forest sounds I imagine me being a fox that woke up in the forest, started hunting a rabbit and then heard a gun, I started to run but the hunters sh00t me in the eye and I died…😢 does this count as a flashback? Therians pleas help me! Edit 3: bro, when wolf and fox sound started to play, I started to tear up and cry I couldn’t stop, can someone tell me what it means?

  Hii I have a question for all therians here! First im going to give context: so, I think I’m a therian but I’m not sure, first of all I think I never shifted but I don’t remember really well but I think sometimes I welt like I had a tail, second I don’t know really well which it’s my theriotype it I feel like comfy with red foxes and coyotes, third im kinda new to this and lastly I think I might be cause when I was little I kinda wanted to “wag my tail” and I run in all fours, also I loved to make animal sounds such as dog or cats, mostly canine sounds and vocals. But I’m not sure Can any therian help me? Im confused. So therians, what do u think, I might be one of you?❤

  This helps me as a fox therian it calms me after a shift or before and also when I have hard times as a fox and it helps me relax and calm down it helps me remember my past life as a therian ❤

  I don’t know if this means that it worked or not because I’m still trying to figure out if I’m a therian but almost as soon as the first howl played my hearted started racing, I started panting, and I started making sounds like a whimpering dog. I also started to curl into a ball and bury myself under my blanket I had to end this audio early bc it was getting really hard to breathe. And now I feel like crying and I don’t know why it feels like someone died.

  The night sounds gave me a finish to my weird shift i kept getting it would just be a silver fox running in the woods and i would be dizzy at the end of it now theres more it shows the fox looking back at a black shadow then darkness.......

  I’ve been thinking I’m a deer therian and cat therian. Pretty down on the cat info but I’ve been having phantom shifts of hooves and I’ve been really interested on chewing grass even though it’s disgusting so it’s brought me here

  i fell asleep and woke up in my first mental shift here is what happened: i woked up next to a maincoon cat, i was a persian cat and i saw my owners face which was recognizeible to a face ive seen before... they were playing the guitar.. after they finished the song i felt my scrunched body loosen again as i woke up but as a grey wolf in her den! We hunted fish and found a sibera husky (my other theriotype) catch us some deer!

  Kay guys I'll tell you how to shift I'm a cat kin so no 1 put on headphones if you don't have them be in a quiet room no 2 sit DO NOT LAY DOWN cause you fall asleep no 3 listen in detail that will lead to a faster and longer shift no 4 close your eyes and imagine your kintype . This helped me and may help you thanks 😊

  I got shift it was a cat shift i felt a tail and ears and i found a piece of paper and just start playing with it even if i falled down i Still got up and then i Jumped on the sofa and start jumping on each one of the sofa ‘s then the shift ended Then i shut my eyes and listen to it i saw stars,a white creature maybe a snow leopard or a white cat,and i saw a piece of tree that falled down and that was all Idk if im a therian But i rlly wanna find out

  Imma use this to fall asleep to and just listen when my brain is upset.... I live in a wooded area so i do hear birds, but only during the day... I feel i can feel my cat tail.. But it may be my Australian Shepherd tail... I dont know.. Thank you so much for making this

  You can't be a Therian but you can be an otherpaw An otherpaw is basically being a furry and do quadrophics(it is a type of sport that you go on four idk the definitoin of it) I hoped that helped maybe?

  1st shift! I'm unsure of my theriotype but it is some form of carnivorous land creature, In the first song I felt my hands sort of disassociating as if they were something else, eventually I moved around in my bed and started licking my hands (Or whatever they were) in the 3rd one I layed on the floor, then started exploring my room, I thought about leaving but I didn't, I also temporarily held my shoe in my mouth before spitting it out under the bed. If this sounds like your theriotype, can you help me figure out what this is?

  1st One: Possibly a cat or smth else? The hands could’ve been paws. Third one: Could be a domesticated dog or a cat, but maybe something else. These are just guesses, I recommend doing more research/meditations :D

  Can you guys help I played to the night sounds and started meditating like 5 mins in I felt small. With small paws and small stubby tail. I am a contherian trying to get a shift. And think I finally got a small one but not 100% sure about my theriotype. I am a newly awakened therian. Got deeper into the therian stuff and found out I was a contherian. Or a therian that doesn’t get shifts or mental shift but can get phantom shifts. I feel like I had a small phantom shift right now. Pretty sure I’m a bunny/rabbit contherian. Feel free to give me some information. I know you really can’t because it’s my own life and they aren’t the one experiencing it, but any therians, help please give me some info.

  Hii! Therian here. You could possibly be a bunny/rabbit, or a Lynx of some sort. Depending on vocalistic urges or urges in general, I think you could figure out the difference. Also, I’m pretty sure contherians can’t get shifts whatsoever. However, I may be wrong. Lynx Definition: A cat with slightly long ears, usually small furs at the tips of the ears. They have stubby tails and they are related to bobcats. You can find photos of them on google :)
