  hi which is a better spec the Cadet 270/310 or the Bombard Typhoon 310 ALU? Both preferred with ALU floor if you can roll up in the bag... Thanks

  What model is this with the airfloor right. Was the keel inflated with the rest of the boat. So u just need to air 1 section to pump the whole boat. Let me know what I'm looking to buy how's the bottom is it have any skid protection and what's the tansom made out of wood or fiberglass. Thanks. Looks awesome. What kind of air was that CO2.

  You should inflate it first at least 30% before install the plates.

  I just bought an Australian ex-military MK3 4.7m and cant get the floor in. I used to use these in the military myself back in the 80's and the floor was much easier to get in. Mine has a slightly different layout to this. It has a similar wooden floorboard in the bow, but the next floorboard is a short wooden board that is fixed in the boat and then 4 aluminium floorboards. It's like the floor is a bit too long. I stood on the middle two boards like in this video, but they just popped up again. Also, mine has two long and two short side bits and I couldn't get them to go on at all. I did think of inflating the boat fully without the floor to see if that stretches it a bit, but haven't had the chance to try putting the floor in again yet. Will also try the soapy water tip.

  I wish you would have shown the box or bag that you took it out of so we could see how easy/difficult it is for one person to carry while packed up. Can you put it on a back pack type rig or do you need a hand truck or something?

  There is no indication which way is up on the two side pieces (“stringers”) that lock in the bottom. The manual says they are marked? Can’t see a mark.
