I've had this bag for years, and wanted to like it so much. I see how it could be useful if you're taking your gear hiking or on a long trip, but for day-to-day use, the bag is just clumsy and awkward. It flops on it's front when you try to rest it on the floor. Trying to get things in and out of the bag inevitably leads me to the floor on my knees, since the bag can only be rested on it's back. I just went back to a traditional Canon bag, and it is glorious. I should never have changed. I will keep the backpack around for if I ever decide to go on a safari, which is unlikely.

I have the same exact flash I put it in the normal mode and it will flash once! Then when I go to take another picture it will not flash unless I turn it off and turn it back on to normal again! What do you think could be wrong?

Recently bought a Bell&Howell B35HDZ for $25, which is identical to the Minolta here. I wasn't expecting much, compared to my Canon, Nikon and Fuji bridge cameras. This Elite Brands camera surprised me a lot! Fast startup, fast AF (for a bridge) and the metering spot-on almost all the time with very few images needing EV corrections. Color is great, too. No problems with White Balance.

I have been working with mine for a while. If you are not careful, you can spin the threads loose and as this was shown in this video to remove the pistol grip. It is a nice feature, but when it falls apart unexpectedly, it is annoying to be standing there holding the pistol grip suddenly. So, when working with this tripod, you must take care that you have not unthreaded something up top.

Almost correct. After having mount thr lens to the camera body, you have to rotate the lens to bring the distance scale upwards. The inner ring of every T2 mount has a thread. By partly unscrewing the three or four screws on the outsife of the rmount, the inner ring can rotate. After having done this thighten the tiny screws.

What sucks about the app, is there are no controls other than zoom and shutter. As far as i can tell you can't adjust the focus. What is worse is you cannot access any menus from the camera while the app is running. I just want to lock in the focus lol. I see why the app has such a low rating score. Great Video
