Thanks for doing this video. I wanted to know how to test diodes, so I Googled that question and found this video. The video is short, to the point, and everything is explained clearly. Great job! It helped me a lot.

My Honda ATV has the last diode you tested and one of the legs is marked with a plus + sign. I put the red lead on that side and black on the other and got OL, i switched them and got .532? It seems mine is operating backward. Is that possible?

Sometimes bearings can be really tricky. Ours is exactly as that loud as that but when you jack up the car and flex on the wheels its hard to find any play at all. So test driving is the best

Go in a parking lot do a hard left turn, then do a hard right, go in circles. You'll quickly find out which wheel it is

For those that didn’t know what a CV was(including myself): “A constant-velocity joint (also called a CV joint) is a mechanical coupling which allows the shafts to rotate freely.” -Wikipedia. Basically it allows your driveshaft to rotate and power your wheels

Now they sell rebuilder valves. These valves come with a little bit wider stems to accommodate for worn guides. They come in different measurements

my car does this all the time, generally what causes it is the rubber boots that keep dust out and grease in, get damaged. when this happens, the lack of grease, and the dust getting in, causes the cv joints wear and make this noise
