  I think one of the most important things to practise before flying is to learn to fly manually in ATTI mode. In fact, it teaches way better pilotage skills if you buy a toy drone, preferably a small and agile one, and that does not have altitude hold so you'll have to manage the throttle and angle in all 3 dimensions at the same time in real time in order to just hover which will improve your pilotage skills greatly. Also make sure to practise line of sight before going into fpv viev and get used to diffrent orientations rather than flying just tail in. And then you can either pass to a dji drone which you'll find out that they are ridiculously easy to fly, or you can get a simulator and get used to flying withoit self level in acro mode and then get into fpv, which is a part of the hobby that is both more enjoyable and more skill-taking.

  You should be filming with your camera vertically then, otherwise you're losing a ton of resolution
