Dual rates help with about 8mm of throw in each direction for launch, 5mm for high speed 40% expo 3/4 throttle have a friend give a good level toss at a 25 degree up angle. Be ready to give a little up and right to fight the torque. A failure to launch can be repaired as I’ve done it like 10 times but if you put this in at full speed it’s going to be pieces!Good luck :)

I run mine on 6s but lose the servo action when going high speed. I get servo control back when it slows down. Also your motor will burn out. The esc will be fine, but the magnets on the motors will wear out on 6s

Hi I find the stock prop abysmally inadequate and a disaster waiting to happen so I'm not going to even bother using it and frankly you would think freewing wouldn't go down the same road FMS did with exploding prop adapters it was the main cause of catastrophic mid air explosions of the assembly usually resulting in the mounts and nose being destroyed Any suggestions on the prop adaptor and prop to use would be appreciated

If you had telemetry or a radar gun, you may be surprised! In my opinion, that is faster than 140 mph. Back in the early 1990s, my brother designed a foam/balsa plane powered by a Fox .36 glow engine running a 9X8 prop. Your plane appears to be going at least as fast as ours and our plane did 150 mph.
