    No, you're absolutely right! Finally someone seems to notice just from the videos, had some clowns commenting here how poorly Keith is doing even tho he has been playing the best he did in literal years! I first saw them in 2017 when he still was drunk all the time and it was really bad then compared to now, he already did SO much better in 2022, but this tour rn, he is the best he has been in decades! People who saw them in the 90s say that he is even playing better now than back then, he's incredible!

     @lala9498 , he definitely plays better now than he did in 2017. I saw them aswell at that tour, and I still want my money back. Saw them in 2022 as well, when they were much better. But I don't like it when Keith tries to play lead guitar. He's away at it, and should stick to playing rythm.

    @@spanishflea634 I first saw them in 2017 when I was omly listening to them casually and even despite Keith not playing well as compared to nowadays, it was still enough to turn me into one of those crazies travelling around the world for them LOL already looking forward to next year, keeping my fingers crossed for everyone to stay fit and healthy 🙏🏻

    I bought the album this song was on when the album was new, 59 years ago. I've been a Stones fan for 60 years. I would pay a small fortune to see the original guys in a small venue when everyone was young. I don't think I'd bother with this. I don't say that because the remaining originals are all 80 or thereabouts. I say that because of the sound quality, or lack thereof.

    Keith’s arthritis really shines here!

  • @lala9498
    @lala949813 күн бұрын

    He's playing better than in 2017 or 2018 when I also saw them live...tbh his arthritis has been considerably better since he stopped drinking hard liquor and chain-smoking, his fingers looked WAY worse 10 years ago, they already improved in 2022 but even more now...I'd really urge everyone to go see them live instead of judging based on a YT video because Keith has been doing great, he hasn't fucked up any solo in a while like he did some years back during almost every show mainly due to being drunk...also Ronnie is incredible this tour, total improvement to 2022 where he seemed frail and tired (probably still due to having to do chemo in 2020/21)

    Are you kidding me? Go see them play live instead of writing utter bullshit, this was the best version of JJF I have seem them play live in 12 shows I've attended and even tho the video quality is quite good it doesn't do the song justice at all, Keith has been playing splendidly this tour ever since the Metlife 1 show after he got over Covid, he was even better than in 2022

    Sorry.. BORING, Sydney. The Stones were over when Watts died. Watch this song live from 1969 Mick Taylor for comparison. What... just because they're 80 is the excuse for this flaccid sh*t? Good.. go pay your $300-$1000.

  • @lala9498

    Way to talk by someone who didn't even see them live this tour, but it's your own fault if you wanna miss their greatness, they STILL are the greatest live band in the world, Mick and even Keith are moving more than bands who're 30-40 years younger...Steve is an amazing drummer and nothing ended with Charlie or otherwise they wouldn't still be out there touring and recording, if you wanna see Mick T then go watch old DVDs

    @@lala9498 1) I'm a huge RS fan, since they first came to the US 2) I've seen them multiple times over the years (including Shanghai 2003) 3) I've watched many videos of the 2024 tour 4) Steve J is very good but he simply does not have the cadence or snap of Watts 5) They move GREAT.. for 80 year-olds.. but they ARE 80 year-olds, the music is SLUGGISH now, and they use NUMEROUS off-stage back-up singers AND musicians. Hey, I'm not denying you or anyone else a great time- but these guys are MILKING it now with these massive Stadium shows... they should be playing small venues and stop trying to wiggle their fannies like teeangers. How about a little DECORUM?

    This is the best sounding Stones I've heard from this tour. Excellent! My friends formed a band back late 70's in Austin when it was the real deal. They turned us on to so many good songs and Dead Flowers was one of the 2 or 3 less known Stones songs they did. Always great.
