Well, working with non technical PO create chaos. I started working with them with taking them through Organization structure, Release processes across teams, In and out dependencies with our stories to be completed. In other words, it’s not the PO scope but the impact of those changes on other surrounding systems in end to end banking areas. Gave him realistic view for implementing one user story and its estimation. Each team dynamics are different and working method differs based on team complexities. PO needs to understand overall organisation business and technical architecture with how the release process works.
How to book a session with you on this topic?
Very informative
Thank you 🙏🏽
Thank you 👍🏽
i believe you have good content. You must continue your videos on these subjects...Thank you for all videos
very clearly explained.
Suppose number of resources changes after few sprints.. then previous velocity is no longer useful right ? We will again have to observe for few sprints to predict future velocity?
Muito obrigado!
I'm commenting back here to thank you, sir. I've passed the PSM1 last April 15, and I want to thank you for this video, as I always watch it during studying for the exam. I thought I'm going to fail, but I passed. Thank you! I hope more people who's studying the PSM would land on this video so they could find a golden piece of information to successfully pass the exam. Much thanks again!

2:00 - Respected Sir, just for clarification - For resource C, doesn't 5 * 6.5 = 32.5 (and not 33.5)? - Apologies if I am mistaken..Thanks !
You are right.
Excellent explanation ! Respected sir, I have been into QA Leading for the last 8 years. Even if I crack a Scrum Master interview, I should be able to to End-to-End activities as a SM. What do you suggest for that ? 😀
