Top class horses also from my home country Ireland imported on a regular basis. UK, IRL, BEL, France, Spain, Sweden we have good friends and agents in all these countries. But most of our horses are sourced within 1-2hrs from our farm in N Germany.

I purchased Pamero 3 yr.o. hanoverian gelding and sold him as a 7 year old. In his first season with his new rider he won advanced and was the best placed german bred horse (3rd) at Lion world eventing young horse championships in the 7 year old class. He also show jumped with me winning 135cm classes and was 100% clear up to CIC** level already as a 6 year old. He never had to work hard, it was always just a fun game for him. Have a couple more very nice horses at the moment.
I am bringing on an Arab x riding pony (15.2) still quite green, he has the most incredible trot I have ever seen and a really great walk, great natural jump-good scope and technique and he enjoys it- but he doesn't have a typical event canter! Its nice, and has a lot of suspension and lift and when he opens up it's great but he flicks his toes a bit and it's overall a bit araby. Any thoughts on how to improve it?

Brilliant job USEA for the material you have in this video. I love being able to hear what top riders/trainers are telling their students. So informative. Keep them coming!

Thank you for the video and bit of information. My daughter and I were there that day and saw how Arthur was spooked by the {iron horse}. We watched you and your friends ride to victory. Sweet Victory. Bless you up there in Canada. Hope to see you again at Rebecca Farms.

@MrGabeismyBabe Nah, only the freestyles are to music. These tests are just like normal dressage tests - very difficult all the same, though!

i know the grand prix dressage freestyles at the games are to music. But in eventing, is the dressage to music?

Sounds shallow, but I'm glad a grey won =P lol love greys =) I can't wait to show at that level. I really liked how they held this with the dressage and show jumping together. Helped out I think =)

wow the change probably did help. horses would be fresher in the show jumping round after the dressage instead of being exhausted after cross country. but i'm glad their boosting the eventing world. Its the best sport out there and they need to endorse it!!

Thank you so much! I'm looking for a nice event horse right now and would love your help. He is a 3 year old (still very green) and is being trained in dressage. He has beautiful movement & conformation, I know he will make it in the dressage portion. But my worry is he hasn't started jumping under saddle yet. He free jumps very nicely and is quite bold to the fence (he didn't back off at all) he def. has the ability to jump but i don't know how his jumping will turn out. What should i do?

This is awesome that you got the video up so quick. I was pretty disappointed about Cross-Country for the higher levels but no one got hurt so that's good. I hear it was 15 inches of rain from Friday-Saturday. I hope the weather is better next year, its such a nice facility! And I got to meet famous people so that's pretty cool too!
