Yep...am O blood type. All those meat choices are high in b12. Also they go along with biblical dietary laws. Go figure. Yahuah knows best.😊😊😊When I was a teen, I used to pass out from anemia. My doctor had me eat rare beef liver 3x day til my blood got back to optimum level.😊

Analyzing this information, I noticed that mutton is mentioned on highly beneficial for blood type O, 7 minutes and 3 seconds into the video. Then, at 9 minutes and 3 seconds, you see mutton on the list of things that we should absolutely avoid. Confused on the conflict of information. Makes it less credible in my eyes. Btw mutton is meat from an older sheep.

As a gen X O positive girl I find that if I don’t have red meat at least once a week that my energy is low and fatigue is high. This is just from years of knowing my body and trying different things. There is indeed, at least for me, something to type O blood and having to eat red meat. The Japanese and Chinese are big time into blood types and characteristics. And as most people know, Asian medicine is superior in many ways. Buffalo is also amazing. Thanks for the video. Bacon I love which is sad. I couldn’t eat a turtle. That’s just sad . Fish and chips is good. That’s on the list. I do love turkey though. Much to my detriment. So tired afterwards. The weird thing is that I’m allergic to aloe Vera which is on the don’t eat list.

Regular, old fashioned string floss is better. I grab a bunch of it, wrap it around my finger index finger, coat it with tea tree oil, wrap part of the same string around my other index finger. This helps me unravel as I floss. I call it fishing in between my teeth. As I'm flossing, I'm unraveling at the same time so the floss is consistently moving. Of course, I do this technique between each tooth. That tea tree oil helps kill that bacteria between the teeth as I'm flossing. I wonder if those electric floss, water pik things are any good?

I'm O+ been a vegetarian for most of my life now. At almost 68 I'm building a labyrinth single handed, made of bricks and rocks, am busy now digging out the buffalo grass on the pathway, then I intend planting succulents and other drought-resistant plants to slowly replace the bricks and rocks. I've been busy with this project for almost 2 months now, and am feeling fitter and stronger than I have in a very long time. When I have, in the past, eaten meat on and off, I very quickly feel heavy and tired, so I've now stopped completely and will never go back to it.
