Great question. If you speak to enough business owners in 1 specific niche and ask how is it going, how many leads do they get, and the cost you will start to get some average numbers on what they pay for nonexclusive leads.

Great Question! Niche research and due diligence are very important. I have made the mistake of either going into much to competitive niches or not enough volume, or service not high ticket. So I do have a handful on the waste side. That is why I now stick to specific niches and look through tools to see certain data. Also, consistent outreach. If you have a asset bringing in leads most likely it can be rented out even if it is not a huge monthly figure. If you watch the most recent video that I posted Nick has a great way of testing the market before building. Rent & Rank Approach!

I was talking to a guy from Ippei's program and he says it has gone down and would NOT recommend it. There I just saved you $8K. Dan and Ippei are not even involved with the day-to-day operations anymore, and the weekly zoom tutorials are led by 2 members of the program. He said they were low-energy & low quality. No doubt R&R is a great business model, but the low hanging fruit has all been taken already. It's not a new idea, and 000s of guys have been working the space since 2015.

I can’t believe people ever brought into their BS. They act as if they created R&R. And they didn’t. R&R has been around since 2010-11 and has evolved from there. I know a R&R KZreadr that is an alumni of their course and he removed his affiliate link because he said the program is out of date and videos were shot many years ago. In fact many of their former students just sell courses and $10k+ masterminds now.... (cough cough, Nick…). I guess that’s were the real money is for them… I for one can tell Dan does not even do the business anymore…. I believed he stopped doing it many years ago. Yes, save your $8k, people!!! You can learn for FREE or much cheaper and take that money as start up and roll….

Great video, I got a question tho, I used to be number 1in the top google pack for over 2 years untill a few weeks ago, I still keep getting lots of reviews and everything its is great with our profile but all of a sudden we jumped back in number five position, why do you think so? Niche question- thoughts on dentists and/or florists in tier 3 markets, Dayton OH, Rochester NY, Buffalo, etc....are these worth the time or is there gotchas you may know of? Great content btw!

Hey Ryan, we only operate in niches that do not require a physical location. We leverage Google Maps with SEO as our main lead driver and if we were doing this for a physical local business it could create some bottlenecks. I am not saying it can not be done and I am sure there are others experienced in these niches for lead gen but service based businesses that go out and perform the work are the niches we stick to. If someone looks up local florist and then proceeds to get directions you would need to make sure you are using a legitimate location. With a niche like roofing we can just generate calls for estimates and not worry about someone trying to show up to buy something physical. Hope that helps!

I'm a novice at SEO and looking to improve Local SEO for a few websites I manage. SEM Rush and Ahrefs is pretty expensive for someone like me starting out, I can't afford both. If you had to choose one over the over which one would you pay for?

Hey Eric, I personally like AHREFs but there are many tools that do very similar things. I would look for a 14-day free trial on tools. You can get a lot of research done during those two weeks. There is also UberSuggest which I believe is only $29 per month.

I had a pest control didn't need a license, I did get ranked but it took 2 years. there are alot of heavy hitters in pest control. in the end i couldn't find anyone to sell the listing to.

The services in the buisness name make a major difference. I'm #1 for a lot in my town for my industry but #4-10 in surrounding areas. Last night I added a few services in my name and this morning I woke up to being #1 in a bunch of surrounding areas
