Can anybody explain how to use the ground fixing bolts? I just can’t work out how to secure them since one end is rounded and the other has a nut
It seems impossible to get these connectors right now. The ones being sold as 13mm to 4mm inline connectors are actually 4mm to 4mm connectors. Half the packaging matches the product and the photograph shows what you’re using here - but it’s not the item In the package. Any idea where to actually get these? Hozelock needs to get their quality control sorted out!

This is the correct connector. Please refer to video. It connects to the middle of the pipe not the end.

That is not 6ft by 5ft to include roofing over hang. That is misrepresentation. 6ft by 5ft implies storage. I will never buy another keter shed. It does not state 6ft by 5ft by roofing overhang. I will challenge it in court.
This shed is not the stated dimensions. It states 185 cm x 152 cm but when measuring the exterior the dimensions are 175 cm x 145 cm. It is not a 6ft x 5ft shed. Buyer beware Keter lied.

@garden4less Keter are misleading thar it is a 6ft by 5ft. Putting 6ft by 5ft in big numbers and letters is to mislead the consumer and then hide the interior in the small sprint in cm when advertised in feet is to mislead. It is to give the impression of a larger shed than it is. Measured by roof overhang in is to mislead.

I brought this product say's it doesn't kink well it does and is so hard that you can fall over it it had a guarantee of 25 yrs hard to wind back onto the reel I think it's the worst hose I've ever owned I wouldn't buy this product again I've thrown it out and brought a smart flo flat hose flexible and lightweight when finished watering, the pressure pushes the water out to make flat again and you can reel in on reel back and tuck in the corner I've used those flexi hoses that get bigger when you turn the tap on they are a load of rubbish I've had three and they all burst in the middle or somewhere I'd never touch them again !

Is this a permanent canopy/Gazebo?
This pergola is fine to leave up all year. Make sure it is bolted down, checking stability in windy weather. We recommend bringing the canopy in over winter.

I have a red clip, it’s on the watering end of my hose. But when I turn the tap on, it stops the water coming out of the hose all together and it just builds up and disconnects cos the water pressure in the hose is too high. Any idea how I fix this? Thanks
I would recommend soaking the hose in warm water to dislodge any debris which may be in the hose , another thing I could recommend is a new connector, as it may just be a faulty connector instead of hose.

theres more to wellies than i thought. ive seen in the comments people mentioning slippy on wet and wet branches and stuff. i want them for everyday dog walking in muddy fields and waters. i was looking at a chore boot as i heard its a good 1. but im not into steel toecap as it will weigh a bit. maybe looking at a chore vs edgewater?

Do not buy hozelock water timers. They are useless. The small motor on a timer I bought got corroded after only one summer use. When I contacted Hozelock to buy a motor I was told there were no spares and I needed to buy a new water timer.....
How do you set it up please ?
It is a plug in water feature, so all you have to do to set it up is fill with water, as in the instructions, and plug into an outdoor mains socket.
Hozelock are CRAP, they leak even when New, No Better than cheap copies

All I want to know is how to STOP the leak inside the hose reel!! It's a brand new hose. I've taken it apart twice and it still leaks. Arghhh I shall be taking it back.

Lucky you! We didn't get anything to bolt it to the floor with or without caps! Did anyone else have the horrible wresting with getting the frames in the slide-back roofing? Hopelessly difficult and should have come constructed.

How dose this shed hold up in strong winds ?
The manufacturer recommends taking wind direction into consideration when determining the location of the shed. Reduce exposure to the wind, in general, and of the door side in particular. Keep doors closed and locked when the shed is not in use to prevent wind damage. It also strongly recommends securing the shed to an immovable object or anchor to the ground by drilling holes in the shed floor (at the pre-marked locations) and inserting proper screws into the ground (screws are not included).
Talks too quickly so it gets hard to follow. Should go more slowly and show each part with pauses in between. Equipment is expensive.

This could be a faulty hose end connector - suggest you purchase a new connector to help with this
What do you do if your hozelock keeps coming off of the tap? I’ve cleaned it but it keeps coming off
Sound like you may have a faulty tap connector, or the lip on the tap has worn away causing the connector to slip. You can identify which is at fault by attaching a spray gun to the problem connector, if that also comes off with some pulling then it's the hose end connector that needs to be replaced else it's the tap connector. The RClip has a tapered frame to shape to your body. Extra clips further up the back for firmer, more comfortable support.
The auto stop connector doesn’t seem to work for me no water comes out when I attach the sprayer ? WhAt am I doing wrong
The little valve inside the connector may be faulty. Try putting your finger inside the connector whilst there is slow flow of water and see if the water flows out (don't point at your face!)
So you don't put an aqua on the end of the hose that connects to the tap?.
You put the aqua stop connector at the sprayer end, so you can swap the accessories easily

Looks awesome, I may get that or one like it someday. Though I'd need a second chain that's long enough to have a much lower seat to floor height. Especially if I'm not with someone to help me when it's at an average height. I'd also try to add a thick customized mat that goes around the stance for added safety measure. 😊 🇨🇦

All our garden furniture sets can be left out all year round, although we do advise covering them. However the cushions will need to be brought inside or stored during the winter months.
