Oh heavens I thought that said Grizz and Rufus refuse their C&&C cage, LOL i misread totally !
I use antislip mats just like the ones for bathrooms or showers with woodchips beneath. This way you can clean pellet while pee goes below into the woodchips so its modular and easy to clean. My Cage is about 5f x 10f (1,5m x 3m) opened for free roamneith another Cage beneath the table 1/3 od the big one, and it take me about 20 min to clear all of it.
I would love to see Pipsqueak and Gizmo being roommates ❤ I think it would be good for both of them. Pipsqueak isnt annoying, he is just overly happy lol

Scotty I checked out all your nail clipping videos, however none of them address a REALLY wriggly pig. My boy is 4 months old and doesn't like to be held. I tried looking at his nails today and he got upset and didn't want me anywhere near touching or even trying to look at his nails. He is a long haired pig and hard to see his nails. Texel. Do you have any wrap type restraining method you could do a video on? with a piggy that really doesn't like being held. Showing how to clip? the only other thing I can think is to take him to a small animal exotic one for trimming. However after looking on youtube at vet techs holding guinea pigs on their back and upside down it put me off. Help! of course I am also working on getting him used to be touching him. His buddy is great laying on my lap and getting strokes.

Thank you for sharing this information and video. I have two male piggies, a 3.5 y/o and a 5.5 y/o, that have been together in a pen for months to years. I adopted them about 6 weeks ago and they did well until the past few days. They have fought twice, the second time was longer, rolling around in the pen and my elder piggie ended up with a small cut on his lower eyelid. I separated them for about 18 hours, then put them back in the pen with a divider. They can see each other, chitter together, but not get to each other. I am hoping to keep it like this for another day, and then try again to bring them back together. Your comments and suggestions for wound care and living situations for the piggies are very much appreciated. These are my first piggies, so I am green. God bless you and all the piggies you help!!
