Only the Cul-de-sac lots have huge backyards. Every other house is standard. And just FYI no HOA has it's pros and cons. Just on the other end of that street from the Prodigy Model is a house with crappy junk cars on their front lawn with weeds overgrowing, didn't even take them a year to trash up the neighborhood.

Only problem with these type of areas is that most of all the jobs are in LA and OC. Unless there’s a train that runs there it’s almost impossible to live there and do that commute unless your job is over there.

Very affordable, next to Solera Diamond Valley 55+, Diamond Valley Reservoir, we have a 1st class museum right down the road, the builder is Pulte. Thank you for showing these! Centex is selling out across Fisher, smaller homes, pretty & affordable. They seemed to be built well, since I walk my pets by there every day. Rancho medical is right around the corner❤ most go to Loma Linda for their hospital. No movie theatre any more, San Jacinto or Murrieta. We also have Diamond Valley Lodge which is a reserve for Bengal Tiger’s. Wine country is close going the back way in 🍷
