One of the challenges of the Afghan war that doesn't get mentioned was a modern army and 21st century human beings basically travelled in time to fix a medieval society. It must have been very difficult to communicate with people who see a totally different world.

I'm british, british just take the piss, it's like flirting.. when I was in gan, usmc looked like school boys in detention and the canadians was that played back, I'm surprised they managed to get home. But, when the fan got messy, even the Danish dusted of their rifles and mucked in. Trash talk is exactly what keeps the cogs turning. Dont start me on the Australians ffs, just retired british army living the dream haha

We now know those Afghanistan guards werent really training the protect Afghanistan against terrorists. They walked away the moment america pulled out of Afghanistan. Terrorists took immediate control of Afghanistan

The Americans compelled many countries to send their troops to fight Taliban. But nothing was achieved and in the End US forces had to pull out in rush leaving behind their billions dollars of modern weapons.
