  Delta is on par with Zeta and Alpha, but too brute, in terms of calculative/strategic attacks, Alpha and Zeta are above her

  I know Alpha is stronger than Delta, it's the reason why Delta obeys Alpha but in Zeta's case I don't think so. Did you see what happened in Season 2 episode 6 right after Alpha sent Delta and failed to even go back, she doesn't send Zeta but herself because she knows the power ranking are Shadow (Cid), Alpha (Herself), and Delta. If Delta was presume killed by John Smith she knows that the only logical thing to do is stop sending "Numbers", "Named Numbers", or even the "Seven Shades" because she just sending them to failure or death. The only logical thing to do is to go herself to see if this John Smith is really that powerful and she was shock to discover that he is Shadow (Cid), she discovered it because she is that powerful unlike Delta that use only her nose. So do you understand my sentiment, it's not using a technique, or whatever it's about strength head on.

  She doesnt know how to fight, but she still has great strength/magical power, which shall be seen in the upcoming arc of the anime. She's just fumbling around, till she manages to touch the opponent, then she gets easy one hit kill.
