The nylon cup wheel is from Menards. Performax brand. It's blue, not sure if it's the coarse or fine type. I've used them a bunch but somehow never on a dirt bike. Works great but note it will definitely take paint off magnesium and put fine scratches on a FMF pipe. It was amazing how well it erased soot stains from back fender from exhaust 👌 Stay tuned for pipe dent popping and polishing and etc 🎉

Nice firm kickstarting there. Reminds me of trying to start my old yz490, it s a real beast to start. Gotta really jump on it to get a good kick.5 mins kicking like this guy here to get it started. kzread.info/dash/bejne/mJ6gxaWodK6ngNI.html. Bet you'd be jumping on it high and hard if it was a 490. Hey Matt, done any more riding at Kickapoo? I think you'd get a kick out of the enhancements over the past few years. You should definitely check them out. The local GIS department of the City of Danville, IL has created a wonderful virtual tour story map for the Kickapoo MTB trails. It shows all the trails, elevations, gives a summary of them and even interactive maps. Check it out here: storymaps.arcgis.com/stories/aa2e3a41c3dc40fdb2aee1f3d0c2d058

Currently having this problem but WAY worse on my 2020 KTM 125 SX. I can idle\take off perfectly. It revs out nicely in neutral, but in my bottom 3 gears at 1\4-1\2 throttle it does nothing but hesitate until I either get into the high RPM range, or am running it in 4th gear or higher. I am frustrated, any ideas? my bike SCREAMS at high RPM and will lift the front tire off the ground with ease after a certain RPM.
