Im not sure if this is bullying, but i feel so depressed about it. Theres a lot going on in my life right now. Im a cleaner an an officeive been here a year and a half so far and really like it. A couple of months ago this new guy comes in. Hes about 20 years older than me. Ish. He would say things like, we must stop meeting like this. And are you following me? At first it was funny but then it became uncomfortable. So id hide from him. Then it was comments like the tables are effing disgusting. (At first i didmt take it as he was aiming at me) but then it was something about the walls. Then we need salt for the dishwasher. Now my job is not the dishes. But i do do them out of kindness. But for the last 2 weeks its been comments about dishes dishwashers constantly. The last straw was he made me follow him to thw kitchen and proceeded to show me how to use a dishwasker infront of 3 or 4 collegues in detail. I was so embarrassed i told my boss. She sent emails out to everyone saying its not my job. It stopped for a couple of days then today i was minding my own business and he said see, the kitchen is clean, i cleaned it for you to make it easier. By cleaning the kitchen he means wiped side and put dish washer on. Hes seriously pissing me off. It might sound like nothing but i feel hes harrassing me and i cant cope with it. 😢
Here in Canada just like other day as I was leaving my manger told get the fuck out of here " what u think is it normal ?

The bully I have is covert. Can’t even get an example to put into words. It’s like she says hello to everyone else but me. She’ll make others mock me but won’t do it herself. She is everyone’s favourite and good at her job. I’m a new starter that lacks knowledge and I’m a introvert with not many work fans It’s a dead end situation for introverts, I can’t wait until this life is over
Until this life is over? Please don’t say that 😢 we all go through things that may seem impossible to overcome but we persevere and make it through. And on the other side we come out better.
@@seanm8665 this life is mostly suffering over joy. i didnt even asked to be born, and now have to try and survive. im not depressed or suicidal, i just see life for what it is, and i cant wait until its over
@@daisyh8481 all I can tell you is that you have to be the one to give your life a purpose. Doesn’t matter what it is. I will say that we compare ourselves to others too often as well and that you should avoid doing that. It might not make you happy but it will keep you from suffering as much.
@@seanm8665 i don't compare to anyone, I'm a spiritual empathic person, i would say im quite different to the norms, i don't gossip at work or talk about how drunk I got at the weekend, or what reality TV show I watched. I don't do any of them things, so i Think this is why im so cursed just being me and not following the crowd, makes people feel uncomfortable

*i'm sitting with yet another constructive discharge case, consequent the harassment and hostility, and failure of management, that produced it.* *when i went back to work in 2019, after 17 years of disability, i was harassed out of my first job. i already had a second lined up, just focusing on keeping myself busy, and so i was lucky that i had another job. i was quickly harassed out of that job. a month or so later i got another job and was again harassed out of that job. i was able to successfully sue the first employer, collected back wages, but the other two complaints i filed were sabotaged by the EEOC because they couldn't fathom how one person is repeatedly being harassed out of the workplace. i was told that i'm the common denominator and because of that, i was faulted for being harassed and the EEOC refused to process my other two complaints.* *i had experienced workplace harassment and constructive discharge at a fourth employer but had zero recourse either because i already knew i couldn't rely on the EEOC or because i was too overburdened and simply didn't have the necessary resources (strength, endurance, time, focus, energy) to work on another case.* *i am a CHRONICALLY targeted and harassed person. i do not ever say or do anything that explains the sinister ways people react to my existence. i have absolutely no idea what the basis for the hatred against me is, and the intolerance for my existence.* *watch, i'll prove i did nothing to cause the current round of criminal insanity i'm suffering: a coworker, who was a new hire, introduced himself as someone who likes to joke and play. he's a senior citizen and talked about his elderly mother (102 years old) and his deceased wife. he calls ALL coworkers, and customers, "honey" which customers and coworkers have complained about. i had not said anything even though i found his behavior troubling. but when he said to a customer "do you want to kiss me?" i immediately admonished and scolded him. the look on the customer's face was to be expected; he was stunned, appalled. as was i. and so when the customer walked away, i admonished and scolded my proverbs 6:19 coworker.* *i immediately reported to management that night. i had to work with the guy the next day. i was direct and assertive when i told him do not call me "honey" but he persisted in defiance.* *since then, the SHTF in a big way and i am half out the door. i have dropped my scheduled shifts. not one person from management has contacted me.* *they told me HR would do an investigation and that it will take two to four weeks. which tells me they're incompetent. i'm going without work, which means without income. they should have fired the coworker. customers have complained about him. coworkers have complained about him. it's unacceptable and indefensible to take up to a month to come to the obvious conclusion: he needs to be terminated, let go. but he isn't, he's working and i'm not.* *and i haven't even mentioned the other two coworkers who banded together like as if they want to kick my ass in the parking lot. i now realize he's a devil and she's a witch. there's something wrong with the human species.*

Hi there, Im dealing with a coworker that said some racist thing. I came into project meeting and my coworker was saying something about some children she knew or how they acted. She had said it was because they were black. I’m in a position already where I’m doing a lot of the leg work and coding/development , and a year and half ago I went to hr and threatened with a performance plan. I’m tired of this bullying and being played off as stupid yet I’m fixing and addressing all the problems. This is very toxic for me and my emotional health as I want to succeed in my career

Hi Anne Marie, Thank you for the great recommendations. When I started out as a solo traveler I purchased many of the items you suggested and they worked great. I have the other adapter you mentioned and I was considering buying the one you suggested today, but when I clicked on the link and read the description it specifically states it doesn't convert the power... (NOT A Voltage Converter This travel adapter does not convert voltage from 220V to 110V or vice versa. Please make sure your devices to support 100V-250V Dual Voltage. Especially hair dryer, curling iron, straightener, electric razor, etc.) But I am getting both those umbrellas! 😉

Thanks for sharing! What are your thoughts on Dior and other luxury houses essentially not paying the people who are making their bags? They're buying some of their bags for less than $100 and that does not cover the labor involved in making them
I think I shared my thoughts on this subject in the video. I think it’s unfortunate but not terribly surprising and I don’t think Dior is the only offender.
@@BaldGirlWillTravel they aren't. Several other brands have been "outed" including Loro Piano who gets their wool for their cashmere with essentially free labor

I'm an Irish Catholic working in a predominantly Protestant workplace and it's constant, usually I would deal with them physically but they've been here for years and much more valuable to the company than i am, it's really getting to me, can't go to HR because his wife is the manager, thank you for the advice 🇮🇪🤝🇺🇸
