I love the concept so that your terrain doesn't take up a lot of space on your shelf. My mind is racing. Thank you.👍

REALLY great job, I remember that WD's number, in those days they give a lot of templates either for conversions and scratchbuild. P.s. I noted the lack of an hull 's bottom, with plasticard this shouldn't be an issue, but with cardboard this could cause a warping of the hull, perhaps you should add some internal reinforcements with foam.

This video inspired me to make my own similar board!! But, instead of the plaster I found that using a texture mix worked really well. The mix is made with Baking soda, Multi purpose glue (Elmer's school glue lol), and paint (for color of your choice). Use more baking soda to make it more grainy looking, and maybe even add tiny rocks for rubble texture.

This is brilliant, finally another true scratch builder who makes things to a high quality, and also considers practicality. I’m trying to build something similar at the moment that also incorporates the ability to store some minis or vehicles within them (for Star Wars legion, but the principle remains the same.

I built a baneblade and a shadowsword out of plasticard using that WD template as a miniature trade with a friend 25+ years ago. I also built myself a shadowsword out of cardboard

Was meinst du?

there is some things in there that could be made better, like not seeing the inside of the corrugated cardboard, but that are minor details. What I think is making this board amazing, is the composition of the different spaces and walkways that makes it look so realistic
