My name is Steve Vullo and welcome to my channel! My grandfather, Al Danza (Danza Loft) was a big time breeder and racer in Brooklyn for many many years and I always loved helping him and I spent as much time as I could with him. Everything from cleaning his loft before he would take me fishing to long road trips toss training his birds. He bought me my first pigeons when I was about 10 years old and I had them for a couple years before life got busy as teenager playing sports. But Now it’s my time to get back to it. I’ll be posting videos of my pigeon journey starting from day 1.
In memory of him I’ll be resurrecting the name “Danza Loft” and hope to make him proud. Tag along on my journey from novice to hopefully experienced!
I’m going to try and have a new video up every time I’m with the birds, whether it’s breeding, training, or just general discussion of how it’s going for me.

Nice. 36 min is beast mode.
@@georgegatti1 seriously!! I was pretty damn shocked, I’ll be quite honest lol
I’ve had a red tailed hawk try to attack my birds but there was a crow that scared it away and another small bird either helping it or trying the chase the crow away which I see frequently as I look in the sky
This is great
Looking good 💪🏼😎🏆🙏🏼
Nice and tight.. Looking good!
Looking sharp
Badass!!!
They are flying really nice together now... Awesome!
Beautiful flock and awesome grouping in flight ❤
The Danza Peanut Café!.. Where champions come to fuel up!
Honestly you are the best KZreadr throughout all of the creators I’ve seen you deserve way more views and subscribers
Thanks! That means a lot. Hopefully more viewers eventually
Big facts 💪🏼🧬🏆🙏🏼
so true bro, treat your pigeons with love and they show love!
What r u teaching them with the short tosses?
@@josephdasaro4368 so this years group had some birds who were lazy and didn’t want to fly and route which taught the other birds they didn’t have to either, Which is a crucial step in them learning to use their navigation skills. So I had to force them to do it by taking them short distances in different directions and wake them up. Fortunately it worked and it got them to go routing a few times and then we slowly went to further distances which I’ll keep increasing now.
very cool bro! they are doing amazing..
How much racing pigeons do you have in total?
@@Bonquiqui3510 about 90 counting the breeders
@@DanzaLoft I have 9 pigeons in total and I’m moving but they already know that’s where they live but I’m not sure if I should make all of them breeders or train some of them to become racers
@@DanzaLoftWhat do you think
@@Bonquiqui3510 if you’re moving I would make them breeders. Dont risk losing them.
@@DanzaLoft Ok thanks
That was a cool video 💪🏼😎
Super nice 👌
Awesome slo mo action!
All back together in one big group.. Awesome looking!
How many birds?

Team looking good and strong 🏆🧬🪽🧬🙏🏼
How you ever had wild pigeons enter themselves by following yours?
@@Bonquiqui3510 I’ve had wild ones follow mine home but not follow them inside although I’m sure it will happen eventually.
@@DanzaLoft Were they a domestic breed or was it homing pigeons?
I’ve had both come home with them from training. The wild ones hang usually hang out on the roof for a while. Someone’s bird will usually realize relatively quickly this isn’t home and leave and I had one banded bird go into the loft I got back to the owner.
Your birds look super healthy clean, and you're taming them very well with those peanuts. You're doing a great job.
Do they ever get eaten by any predators just asking
I want to become a pigeon breeder but I don’t know much about it
Hawks are a problem at time.
The baddest cock in the loft! :-)
Gorgeous bird 🏆🧬🪽🪽
@@thcreefer1986 one of my favs in the group. Hopefully it stick around for the long run
Thats how its done.
Nice update! They are doing awesome! Can't wait to see them at 30 or 40 miles out. Will be fun.
Awesome footage! Birds looking hella good.. I missed the live feed though. Too early on the west coast.. LOL
Hey Steve greetings from the over the pond.when is the first young bird race?, hope you go live
@@chrissalt8927 I think it’s August 14th. Second Sunday of August, whatever day that is lol. I will be live

oh wait a minute. i do look at pigeons all day long lol i even dream about pigeons lol

i could look at pigeons all day long lol
you was awake, had your coffee, and cleaned your lofts before i was even out of bed! goodmoring early bird lol
@@timsparkes804 lol im usually up between 5-6
@@timsparkes804 best time to get things done is early.
Definitely a good learning experience for the pigeons i worry about that in my area when i start flying my young birds there is about 20 big flock's of pigeons and at least 100+ in each flock lol 😅 got my work cut out for me
@@thcreefer1986 that would give me a heart attack lol
@@DanzaLoft and with me being a newbie newbie 🫣 I am almost 4 months in the sport so 🙏🏼🤞🏼 lol
@@thcreefer1986 hopefully it goes well! Have you let them out yet?
Doing hella good!.. As they take off across the parking lot, one bird yells out.. Head to the sun fellas! Head to the sun! LOL
@@ausfuhrpramienjagar then the commies street pigeons showed up and showed my body builders their boobs and they turned around lol
@@DanzaLoft 😂😂😂😂
After I released the birds this morning a flock of about 30 street rats came off the building behind me. They all mixed and the birds came back a bit chopped up but they had a good learning experience with other birds today.
My neighbour would go nuts!!!!🤣
@@Gravity222 😂😂. Honestly I get them down pretty quick and no one is awake when I’m out there.
you are going to have to get them off that roof and straight on the landing if you want to do any good
@@nevilleberghofer6791 let me hear your ideas on how to do that that I haven’t already tried? Besides none of last years birds who landed up there in every training toss did that on races and I know you watched the videos cause you complained everytime I posted a “skinny video”.
Wow they r flocking really well
that is awesome bro
Happy 4th of July 🫡🏆🪽🪽🧬
Same to you!!
A launching of the meat missiles!.. Let's not circle today fellas, lets just go straight home! :-)
Hello. Speaking as a hobby flyer: i would invest in tail flutes/whistles on the training tosses, ASAP. Its a plus plus: drag and BOPs. Fighting the drag may build stronger muscles without having to drive them farther. Confusing the Bops will definitely buy time for the youngsters to become hawk smart. 🙏
Get them out. They are bored. I just tossed mine. 5th toss 32km (20miles). Now they want to fly. You won’t loose them. And you will see a big difference in the birds. Good luck this year 🍻
That’s the plan this week. Tomorrow they go 5 miles and I’ll keep increasing it
Appreciate the update 🏆🪽🪽🙏🏼
No problem! Thanks for watching
They did good and pretty much all of them are making it back with no problem. Can't wait till they get down the road a few miles. That'll be fun to see.
@@ausfuhrpramienjagar tomorrow I’m doubling it again
