The performances at the opera house are something I’m both looking forward to and dreading if the anime can do it as well as the light novel claims it is done. === 4:25 Cameo appearances from the three-part “Rimuru’s Busy Life as a Teacher” OVA. 4:48 Cameo appearances from the “Visions of Coleus” OVA. === Kumara is so kawaii. I’m so happy that she’s finally returned, is set to be a proper character in the anime and I can finally use her name. Though, Rimuru shouldn’t have forgotten how powerful Kumara was before she was given a proper name. She was already at the level of a Demon Lord Seed before she got named. === We better get a proper flashback episode for Zegion and Apito’s proper introduction to the main anime. They’ve only briefly appeared in side material. I’m really getting peeved with their constant cuts. === *Elementalists* are mages that combo Spirit magic and Summoning magic to summon contracted Elemental Spirits. Examples for Elementalists are Shizu, Ritus and Jiwu. === *Wizards* are mages who have mastered three or more different types of magic. Let’s hope all reactions are as great as yours was to the revelation of the man who has been so hyped up and his God-blessed luck. Masayuki is the much more traditional isekai protagonist. MA-SA-YU-KI MA-SA-YU-KI MA-SA-YU-KI === Rimuru will finally have his dream of an Elven Cabaret club. === Next week is Episode 17.5 but still make sure to watch it.

It's a shame that next episode will not continue che main story but I feel this digression will be be able to address some important information for the future that we'll need to keep in mind for season 4 (I really hope that all the critique on this season didn't stop the tensura machine, there's so much epic stuff in the future in this story...), for example I hope they will probably explain why Luminous hates Veldora so much, fact that in the novel is already known at this point.

No-spoiler comment: No, Zack won't be a recent flashback; it will be memories from a very distant past. I don't think it will be fully revealed in the next episode, as it needs more context. I believe everything will be revealed at the end of the next arc, as it will be a huge revelation. You're going to go crazy, hahaha.

I understand with the Tempest residents here. From what I know because heroes are considered to represent humanity's saviors, monsters were always slain by them. To the monster race, heroes are the bane of monsterkind because heroes were ordered by humans to slay them without consent. I can even see how ecstatic the humans are when they mishear that Masayuki is going to "slay" Demon Lord Rimuru as if they see him and the whole nation of Tempest as evil and that they hope for the Hero to eliminate them. Sure Masayuki may be OP, but to me, he is just like Rimuru the difference is he is just turning the situations of the world in his favor. He's in easy mode. Rimuru is OP too but he has to go through a lot to make him currently OP as he is now. He was put in a coma after naming, lost his Shizu who was supposed to be his destined one, was mistaken as a murderer, and nearly lost about half of his precious family. Masayuki never had to go through that kind of hardship because of his "easy-mode" skills. I can see why the Soei, Shion, Diablo, and the rest of the cabinet wanted to eliminate him because they see him just like Falmuth and the Seven Clergy but worse.

It will be explained much more later but you saw when Masayuki passed by a woman she looked at him sideways and when he realizes he is in another world you said that that woman was in the other world already but she was not in the human world Could it be that she is super suspicious in the world?

I am VERY confused why they didn't introduce the other two..err three dungeon bosses. They skipped it S2 and again here. Its kinda like.....an important scene. There's literally no backtracking it because it doesn't really get paid off till much later. So it'll seem quite random when this comes back unless they flashback to a scene they could've just already had in the episode. Sorry I know this won't matter to most and I sound whinny. I'm just confused with the decision. Regardless GREAT episode for the GOAT MA SA YU KI!!

I agree. They could have cut a large chunk of the planning "we´re going to do these things next episodes" and just shown them later when they actually happen. And introduce the characters instead. But maybe they´re going to do a big flashback to catch up to all the missed content with them...(cope)

I honestly don't know wtf they doing next episode....like I only think of ONE thing when I read that title. I think of a side story centered around Luminas BUT it massive spoilers for a future arc (S4 stuff). So I'm also like there's no way that's it..... Unless they do an amended version but that seems pointless to me. I'm guessing this episode is moreso motivated by production needs rather any storytelling concerns. Could be anime original for all we know ig.

You'll be surprised on who the blue haired character that was with masayuki before he was transported to the cardinal world spoiler large because this character plays a massive role That character is velgrynd one of the four or five true dragons and is the elder sister to veldora also she is madly in love with masayuki previous incarnation rudra and she is so in love with him that she literally traveled through countless of worlds observing each one of his incarnation and helping them from time to time but the thing is masayuki is the person who has the biggest piece of rudra soul meaning he is the closest thing to the original rudra and was the only rudra after 2000 years got sent to the cardinal world

With the fox it’s not that her tails got bigger, she grew new tails. She originally had 3 tails but after being named she grew more tails based off the myths that the more tails a fox has the more powerful they become until they become a nine tailed fox.

He doesn't have any fighting capability unlike what is shown in anime in that scene. But he doesn't need to fight because his presence alone change the tide of battle. He and his allies get luck blessings which make all attack of allies to critical which making enemy's attack non critical.

Literally no one could beat Masayuki. The definition of "Lucky bastard". And what I mean by No One can beat him is NO ONE can. Even Veldora stands no chance (really gassing him are we?) Also, the blue hair girl he saw right before he was summoned is a VERY important character. Like REALLY IMPORTANT. Although idk if what's stronger. Masayuki's luck manipulation or Shion's reality altering ability.

My bet is Shion (right now anyway). I think her "Certain Outcome" just straight-up by-passes any luck-based "dice rolls" and makes things happen. Can´t manipulate luck if there isn´t anything to manipulate... Sort of the definition of "It´s not luck, it´s Skill." Quite literally in Shion´s case.

Recap episodes are considered either "Digression" or in the case of the Veldora's jousnals "Tales". This is "Extra", so actual new content, not recap.

With the fox it’s not that her tails got bigger, she grew new tails. She originally had 3 tails but after being named she grew more tails based off the myths that the more tails a fox has the more powerful they become until they become a nine tailed fox.

He doesn't have any fighting capability unlike what is shown in anime in that scene. But he doesn't need to fight because his presence alone change the tide of battle. He and his allies get luck blessings which make all attack of allies to critical which making enemy's attack non critical.

My bet is Shion (right now anyway). I think her "Certain Outcome" just straight-up by-passes any luck-based "dice rolls" and makes things happen. Can´t manipulate luck if there isn´t anything to manipulate... Sort of the definition of "It´s not luck, it´s Skill." Quite literally in Shion´s case.
