  This was soo helpful and what helped me also is replacing porn time with something else like meeting others sports gym and avoiding being alone and when ever the devil tempts you be like jesus and quote him with prayers and holy scriptures jesus gave us an example of how to overcome addiction by quoting scriptures too.

  Thanks for the message. Here's a couple of other things that aren't in the Bible: "God the Son" and "God the Holy Spirit" The truth is set the one God of the Bible is the Father. He is the original source of all things. He has a Son, an only begotten Son that he sent into the world to be our Saviour. The father and son are present with us through their own spirit, not a 3rd Being, but their omnipresent spirit. ❤
