Hello and thank you very much for the helpful lens introduction. Would you help with a question? I use the XCD 21mm for astro and I'm thinking about switching to the 25mm V because of the larger aperture. Does it make sense? Or should the 25mm always be dimmed down a bit, for example to avoid coma? Thanks in advance. Best regards. Matthias

What excuse could they possibly have for using JPEG instead of PNG? Do they also want me to use floppy discs? The only reason to even support JPEG at all these days is for legacy compatibility. That's baffling that they think that's appropriate for any camera that costs more than 20 dollars.

Hi Mark - How was your experience with ON1 (any version). If you have used it, which is better - ON1 or Luminar Neo and why? I am thinking of switching to Luminar Neo from ON1. Therefore this question.

Luminar Neo should have an update where we can see all the pictures we're editing on the side just like Capture One. Where we can scroll to check/select any pictures.

Thanks for this. I've been using it as part of the toolset for a while now, saved as a preset to work as a starting point at least. I often don't use NIK as much as i used to. Two things though - I wish it was possible to find a way to get this less "green dependent" and use an alternative. Images with grass or green in get blown out in those areas. But, it's easy to forget that the image is still "in colour" so you have to be really careful if you use any of the other presets or AI presets like "enhance eyes" or "enhance clothing" etc. They push the saturation up and you get eyes with a green tint 😉
