I've got a325 but it sounds like a ping ping ping noise as it's warming up but once I ride it it goes away? Is it the same thing? Doesn't sound like low knocking or rattling?

I've got a 425 with a knock noise when running but can't tell if its coming from crank or elsewhere in the motor. Ive tried this but im just slightly hearing a tap noise is all. Any suggestions.

When’s your son your crank out to get rid ground do you send the rod with the crank to the machine shop?
