  This is not true, you can become a worshipper of HaShem even not being jewish, there's plenty of examples in the tanakh of foreigners who decided to live with the jewish people and worship the jewish G'd (Ruth, for example)! If there's any racism in judaism, it comes from bad intended people, G'd never denied and never will deny nobody (in the torah there are laws intended for both jewish and foreigners as well, so that proves a foreigner can perfectly worship jewish G'd).
