  The mix to this could fit in many eras. It's so different from the first album I heard. I like to imagine there's a timeline where this song is #1 on the charts. When I listen to this, it brings me back to a good time in my life. It's also just a great sounding piece of music. It's timeless. I hope more people hear about you.

  Gives me the 90s soul vibes. Clean music with unique techniques. I feel like the instruments are kind of overwhelming the great voice hence makes me struggle with the lyrics. It's a struggle between the good lyrical prowess, the voice and the instruments . It's more like a beautiful noise. However, I am not an expert so excuse my review darling.   Im embarrassed to say that this song had me in tears for a good while when i heard it. I was a lil tipsy and with my best friend, but long story short, i had an older, much great version of myself. Pop into my life like an angel out of the sky. He had so much advice and showed unconditional love in helping me out in my situation. I had a car issue and even slept in my car for 2 months prior to this... and the kindness shown to me broke me. This song was on repeat while i was silently tearing up next to my friend in the car just listening to CK. Ive had a a step dad since 5 (they divorced 7 years ago, Im 33) , and my real father wasn't in my life like that, so to see someone who saw something in me, whatever it was and to give his time, consistently just broke me like a puzzle piece. This song hits all cylinders. I say all that to say thank you , for being you and creating such a masterpiece. I needed this.
