Absolutely love her and her style! Wishbwe would have seen more detail as she described the home. Very disappointed in the camera work in this video. Lots of stagnant shots of her explaining her spaces- which we see her in the “sit down” so the camera should not stay on her for long periods while she’s touring the rooms. We should be seeing the spaces and the items she’s sharing. Very quick fades of the pieces she speaks about so you don’t get a true feel of the items or the actual room. It got slightly better near the end, but still not up to standard. I love this channel. I’ve watched hundreds of Homeworthy videos and haven’t had this experience before, but it’s a really big miss.
I grew up in a house that had a yellow kitchen. In every house I've lived in since - if I had a choice - I've painted it yellow. It IS a happy color, which is important for the first room you go to in the morning to start the day.

I had a stroke of luck with finding a couple of paintings at an Autojumble would you believe by an associate of Cocteau , Eduoard Dermit ( for nothing they were being thrown in a skip from a stall that had no idea 😊) on the back each had , in pencil , an address attributed to Jean C, one in Paris and Santa Sospir which was a villa of his I believe , anyway beautiful place !

A bit too cluttered for me and I hate that the original staircase was moved…I’m surprised such cheap doors were used on the cupboard that stores her coats and postcards!

The flat screen tv on an easel is genius! It makes an art piece out of an ugly household appliance. Only halfway through this video and am thoroughly enjoying Ms. Rowell's home. Her style choices are wonderful. Very comfortable and elegant.

I love the decor! Just a suggestion...... I would have mounted the tv to the wall with the pictures and designed the pictures around the tv so it doesn't scream out "TV, where should I be?". I do love all the bits and bobbles. What an exciting life to have! I'm on a farm in Illinois, Boaring life.!!!!

I absolutely LOVED this; the way it is so thoughtfully decorated and then re-decorated when you feel like there needs to be a slight changing. But also the fact that it feels and looks comfortable and is decorated with the things that are liked/loved. It may not be for everyone, but I love it. Homes that show character- to me, are the best! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING!

Not my style but the colours aee wonderful.
I love her and her personality. I few things felt a little off scale to me. Like some of the lamps next to upholstered chairs. A lamp lower than where I'm sitting and reading is off scale and doesn't work IMHO. I like her style but some things felt a little off. And the Mexican tile in the bedroom with that beautiful wallpaper? I dunno. One or the other. I really like her and I love that her home feels really lived in yet stylish and personal, but a few things were just off to me.
