At Atomic Dairy we build odd things, most of which is used by us every day.
I grew up participating in things like model rocketry, electronics, software development, and science fiction. I’ve built things my entire life and have managed to accumulate enough tools to make just about anything. We have built so much that we give house tours at parties to show all of the things. We are always building more so we decided to start making videos so more people can see. We love to hear your comments!
If we can build nifty stuff like this we're sure that you can too. Check out the videos and get some inspiration for your own amazing projects, and then subscribe to this channel so that you will see everything new that we build. Because there is always something new.

THANK YOU!!! I have been scouring the internet looking for exactly this- no paint, no frills, minimal hardware/tools and portability!! Thank you!! 😭😭😍😍 PS I love your instructions and video style!! ❤
Love this impact driver, I’ve been using it on a daily basis and have yet to have one fail on me. I have definitely ruined quite a few standard Black & Decker drills by overworking them, but this impact driver seems to take anything I throw at it. I can’t be the only one with multiple of these positioned all over for convenience. 👍🏻
What is the metal frame bigger than the tv both on the top and bottom, why is this? How much larger is the metal frame? Are the drawer slides telescopes in design? Please provide more details. Regards
thank you, follow your steps and restored my front door and it looks great
May I ask what stain you were using? Thanks
There's no Amazon links and how do you review a video and don't put the price of both tools 🤔
Got the 320 from a pawnshop for $100 with battery awesome tool!😂
This was the most entertaining DIY video I’ve ever seen! You guys are hilarious 😆
Love it. Wish you mentioned what type of equipment you used, like what type of sand paper, did you say you used the same grain sand paper to sand after you added a coat ? I didn’t see a video of the sanding after the coating was added.
I still have a craftsman circular saw that was my grandfathers from the 60's. Beats anything made today.
very nice idea and lovely video, thank you for sharing
I didn't know you had such a serious side. LMAO
The Ryobi is discontinued, no parts. Smoked the board in mine inflating a truck tire.
I loooove this
They are super-handy when we want to close off those windows. About to start work on the panels above the door!
Glad to see another video from you guys. I hope college is going well for your daughter. Cheers
Thank you! We're still at it and building more stuff!
Buen video, acabo de comprar el mismo atornillador 🪛
Excellent! You will love it!
I'm diggin the bump cap PPE. I'm retired AF but I recognize the gear. I came in in 89 so I also recognize your No BS/Straight-Forward charisma. Salute to you, Sir. (Liked; Subscribed)
Appreciate that!
Don’t say bump fire ATF will take it away 😂😂
It only works if you pull into your garage. What about if you back it in?
You could do the same thing. The ball just bounces off of your back window instead of the windshield. For an SUV or minivan the ball would be much closer to the wall, but it could work.
Bloopers rock!
I so much enjoy watching yall ☺️
Thank you!
Chuck AND Hannah? Huzzah! That’s a nifty idea - I bet it would be easy enough to adapt to regular shoes, too. We should all strive for Maximum Cedar.
We're still doing stuff! More is in the pipeline as we attempt to get back onto a regular schedule.
Great video. Entertaining. Cool project. Mahalo for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it!
GRABTHAR'S HAMMER!!!!
That's right! We've got it!
@@AtomicDairy someone's gonna be avenged at some point!
<3
The way this woman talks has me dying 🤣 i love it, subscribed!
She talks just like that in real life too!
Love your projects! You could also re"boot" the cedar with a light sand!!!
You sure can, but we wanted to make the chips removable so they can either be replaced or sanded. Either way it gets the cedar out of the rack so you can work on it.
Subscribe to see more of our builds. We've always got something out in the shop to show!
I always love your videos where you overlay the measurements onto the video so that I can screenshot them and have them on my phone when I hit the workshop. Since this one did not have them, I went ahead and made one for you. :) This uses your measurements, but I will modify them slightly for my pneumatic Milwaukee brad nailer. Hmmm.. Can't attach an image I guess, so I messaged it to your Facebook account.
OMG practical woodworking at tis best. Im glad I found this build. I got caught inthe void of youtube woodworking hell trting to figure out how to orginize all my crap too. great build, I'm sealing some of your ideas and building some crap this weekend.
I can’t watch this stupid video
It was cheap because 2x4s were cheap then. Now not so much!
This guy has to be a dad.
Yep! Good call!
3 years later, SO HOW IS THE UTETHANE COATING HOLDING UP?
Still looking great, even during our pollen season, which is now.
@@AtomicDairy WOW, I'm going to try Minwax Helmsman Spar Urethane, I've gotten bubbling urethane over the past 10 years on 3 try's, using other brands on my lightly stained wood door.
I did this with your video in 2020. Got a new car and now I’m back for a refresher🎉🎉❤
Welcome back! Hope it still works for you!
Lots of uncomfortable humor with a great purpose. Tku
Glad you enjoyed it!
Wow ! This is so helpful. What an awesome Dad !
Thank you! It was a fun project to do together!
Now we know wher Batman hangs out during his break time😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
where do u get that 3rd party battery ?
It came with the tool. Works just like a real one!
@@AtomicDairy r these original ryobi tools ? was it a combo deal real with 3rd party battery ?
I love this idea! I am going to make a king size.
Wonderful!
@@AtomicDairy do you know the correct measurements for a king size? I am going to try not to make my husband too crazy today so I am hoping to only cut it once. :)
Thank you for the build. I was well on my way to completing it when my table saw died, Had to finish it with my hand saw :( but hey, it looks great, even though I had to sand down the few bits that weren't square!
Excellent! I hope you use yours as much as I use mine. I just love those counters!
Can you tell me how tall this bench is
It is 34 inches tall. A bit high for some but I am tall and it's a good height for me that doesn't force me to be constantly bending over my work.
How long has this kit been out of stock!
Oh no! Sorry you are having trouble finding it!
Thank you very much for this video I can make a bed frame now. Do you have a video showing how to make a storage unit? I live in Ivory Coast.
I wish I did!
Tp m aje hanging this type doors use double sided tape to hold stuff while running screws!
Good advice!
Im the process of making this myself and just about to drill all the necessary areas. Is there space for the 4th bolt on the head/foot board?
There should be. Extra bolts are always better if you can fit them in!
...and if we do, we won't...😂😂😂
Thanks for making this video. Would you please tell me where you can buy the N55 neodymium magnets?
No problem. The link in the video description takes you to the specific magnet I used. Here it is, and happy building! appliedmagnets.com/super-strong-n52-neodymium-magnet-block-3-in-x-1-2-in-x-1-4-in/
Where’s my grafit play button?
Hilarious flash back AND useful hammer rack - consider me subscribed!
Welcome aboard! Glad you like our, um, humor.
