I tried this stretch as described and felt nothing in my teres minor. To others who are seeking a stretch for it might I suggest what someone once described to me as the "chicken wing". With your elbow at about a 90d angle, hook your wrist behind your back and drive your elbow forward, lean into a wall or hook your arm through a band attached to a rack if you need that elbow pulled forward more for a deeper stretch.

Great stretch, thanks for sharing. Would be nice if videos began by indicating where exactly the muscles are, just as confirmation for amateurs. As well as alternative options for people with less flexibility.

Any advice on left side tight Coracobrachialis? Would normal stretching help overtime? Right is fine. I sometimes feel from the back of left tricep to around elbow weird nerve shivers, like an electric shock without pain - not randomly but when doing the stretch you mentioned and rotating shoulder to hit different angles. Physician time or nothing serious? If I lift my arms above my head, I can visually see the inserion of the Coracobrachialis and it sticks out on the left compared to right.

Shouldn't you divide the profit by just growth time not growth_time+keg_time? you can have quasi infinite kegs so they are not a bottleneck. Though your "way less work" is now even stronger. Also what about the tillable land outside of the main farm area? (To the left there are single spots among the trees, totally enough for a single rose)

Great video! Many thanks for this. I see your laying boards straight onto the joists. Will that not make the ceilings below crack in some way? Will the boards be okay to place a model railway up there if you were careful moving around?

  • @DoodleBrosOfficial

It’s been 3 years and no cracks so far. No trains up there. Trains weigh 20-40 thousand tons and are best on railways, not attacks. Please stick to full sized vehicles at most. Maybe a bus.

@DoodleBrosOfficial I propose a different explanation. It's more likely that the Kongs age way faster than humans. Take a character like Tiny Kong, for example. If a Kong aged to adulthood in, say, a year or so, it explains why Mario looks the same in games like DK'94, which features Cranky Kong, and present-day games. Miyamoto confirmed that it is always the same Mario, and the above explanation helps that make sense.
