If anyone is wondering, the template has been updated, you now set your animations in a data table called 'DT_characteranimationSets', you simply copy the ID you set for your animations in this data table to your player character data table. its very simple and clean thank you Phoenix Market! :)

Theres an aura skill in s gsme that gived extra damage but consumes mana per second, thid stabilizes when attacking since every attack gives you more mana, but if you dont attack it consumes all your mana until its drained, this aurs is activted and disactivated when you press the hotbar button for it, can you add that?

how dynamic is it to add more legendary points? for example something like you have a skill "infest enemy", so in the paragon legendary you get the bonus so that, Whenever you attack a poisoned enemy, it gets more damage, or tehres a chance that when it dies explodes in poison. etc etc, and adding more and more customized logic, would it need lot of experience in logic?

Nothing fancy, it is possible to stream any map at any location in Unreal Engine. when a player starts a dungeon, server streams the map in a location (This is set by the user, it is an actor that is placed in the map. Also, this actor has a variable that determines the distance between each instance like; x+0, y+10000. So every instance is streamed 10000 units apart in y coordinate). When the dungeon is streamed on the server side, all participant players stream the same dungeon as well. They are also being moved to the dungeon while it is being streamed on the client side. Server keeps track of all the dungeons streamed, all the participated players and town portals opened inside the dungeon. Whenever a player leaves or portal is closed, server checks if the remaining players and portals are 0, if yes, then clients and the server unloads the dungeon. If all dungeons are unloaded then the dungeon spawn location is reset. So everything is happening in the same map, the server has to stream every dungeon but the clients stream the dungeon they are running. I think if you manage to run the template using a dedicated server, then you can just send the clients to a different map rather than streaming in the same map.

Hello, I have messed around in Unreal in the past and always wanted to toy around with making a game, even if it never was sold to the public. I have a couple questions, and yes I tried to watch some of the video's on the template, but to save possibly hours of my time I thought I'd just ask. 1 - Can all new assets be brought in "easily?" Walls, ground, trees, water, weapons, armor, characters ect? Marketplace 2 - Can Spell effects be changes "easily?" Marketplace 3 - Any chance a square or hex grid can be added to combat with movement limitations ect? 4 - Can I change UI styles, like bags, spells, slots inventory ect? Marketplace 5 - Can I make up abilities and add movement actions to them, like jumping, casting, working, ect? 6 - Can I change range of spells/weapons and how much damage they do? How AC workds, HP ect? Thanks!

@@FEV369 Yes you can place your assets in the template, that is the whole idea of it. I provide the code, you place the assets. Documentation explains everything in detail. My other template where I used grids is also well documented and customizable but nothing can close to this one. I also update this one monthly with new features.

It is something extra I am giving for free just to show you what the template can do with only just replacing assets without touching c++ or blueprints. @@PhoenixMarketUE because is just free shit from marketplace ,all paragons and some vfx wich each individual can download those of theyr choice from marketplace ,,....but whatever (i only say no point to put such a download with nothing on it ) ....if you would want to do a sample of your project you better have put for download a demo (shipped project) just for people to play literaly on your project to try it out ...and that way can see if worth buy it or not ....that what im saying no point put free shit with nothing to play from the project itself .... mabe i have difrrent perspective on this ....im a gamedev miself (starter) and i try publish something too but i just want to point out that me personaly if i want to buy something i would like to better test it out (not the editor thing ,just the gamedemo ) ...before buy ...best of luck ! ...anyways from the video seems nice project but me im more like the action type games (hack and slash ,shooters ...rpg also but mabe more commando style or aion more actions :D but ofcource you cna do alot with the rpg interface you build :D
