There’s two small drain holes inside the battery compartment towards the back. Mine always brings some water through those two little holes behind the battery and it wets the bottom of my battery every time. Is this normal?

In general, the TI units are faster in response to inputs. This is seen when quickly switching between sonar, downscan, chart, and split screens kzread.infoUgkxeAxH15LxhjGlg5-CRYqjTGTEH0tbY4vk recommend The Hook units will show some lag on button pushes and screen switching. The big ticket item though is maps. If you install a mapping card such as Navionics or the free C-Map Genesis which has a lot of map detail, then moving around the map with the cursor or when running down the lake can lag significantly on the Hook units, but is seamless with the TI units.

DON'T buy one now. MERCURY is so far behind you'll never get it. Salesman at tracker promised 4-6 week delivery......That was in Feb. Now it's week 13 and they say waiting on the motor. I called Mercury customer service..... USELESS as Tracker. Never an update, phone call, nothing. "Ah...Ah....we don't have inventory/shipping info." Yea, I could have guessed that.....apparently they don't have anything, much less a boat motor. Buy a Honda or Yamaha.

The motor is trimmed way too much up! That's why the front of the boat is bouncing out of the water like that

Tilt the engine up just a bit when pulling out of the water. Avoid dragging your skeg up the ramp.

I've never locked a trailer in my life....maybe just live in a different area...pin it, yes...but lock it, no.... Always a proud moment to drive your new boat.

Looks great and as far as people go with comments telling you your wrong. it's like assholes everyone has one. you do what you like. 24 volt can always be turned back to 12volt.

With the way you have the batteries connected they are both powering your trolling motor and fish finder simultaneously, correct?
