@@carierobertson7019 It’s a Ceanothus 'Skylark' which is the evergreen Californian lilac! Unfortunately the garden centre is in England, but I think the plant itself may be native to the USA

I don't know if anyone else has mentioned it. But it's easier to do a straight stitch on the avocado seed, take the hoop off machine, cut off extra material, then do your satin stitch on top.

Thank you for this! I had been carefully cutting the fabric around it before the satin stitch and because I have a painful wrist condition, it was hurting so much! Now I know I can just finish the whole appliqué and cut it around the satin stitch. This video is a lifesaver!

I struggle with hand cramps when doing tiny cutting, so i now use vinyl (they have matte) and tear it away then heat press it- its faster and works for me- I love having the glitter option as well!
