Shyvonne, take a hot shower make sure the water penetrate on the sore area of your back. Sometime cold get in your body and cause pain. I went to gym and took my shirt off the next few hours my back was killing me! That open air did it to me. Take a Hot shower & have your daughter apply some muscle cream on your back. That should help, thanks for sharing💪

Hold uo now!!! Who suggested eating just fruit?? Fruit is sugar and too much of it is definitely not going to help with weight loss...eat it in moderation. You need protein and since you like meat, eat some meat and beans. That will fill you up and you won't be hungry. Shyvonne Girrrrrl, don't be over there starving yourself hunni. I think incorporating nuts in your diet would help with the hunger. I love pistachios and roasted almonds. Maybe try a serving size of your choice of nuts.
