  The Bach Prelude appears far from flawless. There is a clear issue with her bow. This said, Anastasia is an admirable person and instrument player, with exceptional talent. Francks sonata is marvelous.

  Finally the entire Concert! Congrats to the Orchestra and the Conductor. Perfect and caring basis for the soloists! Dimitri Smirnov's performance to me is far beyond of anything which you can expect. Made me cry... Really. It is a shame that he wasn't appointed for the finals. Political reasons, I guess. Anyhow, he will make an extraordinary career.

  Not only is this performance notably worse than every other finalist, it’s disgraceful. No sense of intonation, horrific interaction with the orchestra, weird sounds keep coming out, looks frightened out of his wits.
