Beautiful reaction! Thank you for sharing it with us. This was the very first album I ever bought about 50 years ago. Its so good to see that it is still appreciated to this day, Its a wonderful validation for the opinion that I had at the time that it was ******* BRILLIANT !!! Thank you again.

When you start talking to Catholics about how the sacrament is simulated cannibalism and their symbol is a torture device they do not want to think about it. It’s like, ok, Jesus was the savior… Why are we eating him?!?

And Courtney proceeds to blow the roof off the place. Don't think anyone ever expected that but she's a once in a lifetime talent. Fantastic voice and then her dance style just goes with her performances. All-around talent.

Ok, I'll ask that you give Heep's keyboardist (etc.) a listen from his last album, made shortly B4 his death. The song is "Suddenly". Best bet is to watch & listen to the vid with just a still of Hensley looking "pensive"? The official version features a breakup with a partner and is just too... distracting, when what the song is really about is "suddenly" realizing you are getting to the end of a fairly long life, and the answer Ken found to that. Ken is NOT a Byron level vocalist, he has said he's not really a great keys player, and so on. Yet "Suddenly" is just about as good as it gets. And I'll ask one and all, what musician in his 70's has created such music?

A lot of people were influenced by Queen...Michael Jackson used go to their concerts....Freddie was wearing assorted gloves in the early seventies....Michael started wearing gloves and copied Freddie’s jacket.....some people who said that they were influenced by Freddie....Dr.Dre...Axl Rose...and Garth Brooks...three diverse examples of Freddie’s influence🤩

What shocked me is an orchestra playing a rock song as many will know this is unusual. For Live singers to sing in front of an orchestra is actually difficult because unlike a band you can't communicate and must know the timing to sing too. Proof is Opera singers live performance can miss the timing down to the conductor to either stop start again or change with the singer. So to sing in front live with an orchestra must had been very scary. But to perform like it was born in to it that is special.. I will say this out of all the top different fitting in singer Connie Talbot Courtney Hadwin and Angelina Jordan are the only ones That do things their way under their own control.

It's what's missing from popular music today --- everybody is singing from a place of 'whoo look at me' versus people singing all down and deep into their feelings -- not thinking of how they appear. Can you imagine a producer letting Janis Joplin do this show like this? Would never happen today, because everybody has to be all pretty and chorigraphed. . And let's be real, Janis would never be jumping around in tights and pushing her whooo whoo out and gyrating to this kind of thing they do today. Which is normal today. It's just too different now. The only singers who get to not do the whoo whoo look at me, are the ones doing the Taylor Swift type songs... You can't be all soulful and powerful and not have a bodysuit on and gyrating, if you're singing things that are soulful. It's all very effed up.

Freddie's statue was placed by the waterfront of Geneva's Lake in Montreux Switzerland in 1996 ... Queen had their recording studio there (now it is turned into a museum). Freddie found his safe heaven there in his final year, the album Innuendo was made and recorded there, a song A Winter's Tail speaks about a beautiful nature ( the lake and a mountain view) , His last song Mother Love was made there. Brian was writing lines of lyrics and Freddie would sing. Sadly he never was able to finish the song because he became too ill so he couldn't sing anymore. 😢Freddie's mum Jer, father Bomi and sister Kashmira along with Montserrat Caballe, Brian May and Roger Taylor were present at the unwrapping of the statue in 1996. It was Brian who wrote the epitaf: Freddie Mercury (1946 - 1991) Lover of Life - Singer of Songs ❤❤ Now Freddie has an eternal view to the lake at the place he found his peace in his last 12 months of his Earthly existence. He was happy there, he created and recorded his last music there. You can sense his soul floating above the water beneath the sunset. He lives on in his music. 💫💫💫💫
