  A non-Italian girl who used to live in Italy for studies and was disguasted by attidute of Italian men. Sometimes i felt like i was in the Arabic country, very uncomfortable to be alone outside of the house. I don't say that Italian men don't have posivite attitudes, not at all, but this point made me just rush back from your country as fast as a could. Sorry guys, that's an opinion of a foreinger, just accept it... I imagine there are a lot of things you also dislike about other cultures

  ah well. Thats a great pity. I'm currently studying abroad too, and me and my sister both can't wait to get back home, where people are friendly and always ready to chat if you've got a problem... Its just a shame all it took where a few stronzi you met on the street to make you hate the place. We aren't all that bad. Never mind. Safe trip home.

  So what are you saying - that only Italian women carry themselves with dignity??? That's a bit strange to claim.......Before coming to Italy i was also considering this street harassment stuff a stereotype... But unfortunately for your country, from what i've seen, it is an absolute truth. So i feel very uncomfortable living in this kind of society and just wait to move from Italy when i finish my studies with very different impressions about the country....

  Style is not about clothes. It is about how you carry yourself around other people, with dignity, poise and respect for others, without bad-mouthing an entire people over a few tired old stereotypes just to make yourself feel better.

  Good for you then! But so that you know Italian style is not the only one existing in the world - there are also NY, London, Paris, large Asian cities, etc. And if the women is looking a bit differently it doesn't mean that she has no taste. So I wouldn't wish to have and Italian female style, as it is super boring and focused on one main GOAL - TO NOT BE NOTICED AND HARASSED.

  But of course, as you are an Italian girl, you haven't had a chance to experience this shit... But once you are blond and non-Italian looking, and have a bit different style (not your favorite grey-black-brown, wear the stuff everyone wears from LV bag to cruciani or whatever) things change.... Your compatriots (up to 40-50%, i would say - which is more than anough), start behaving as animals!!!
