  I can see potential for growth in your channel. Hopefully, you'll consider hiring or freelancing an editor. I found myself zoning out after about two minutes into this video. Also, with a good mic and a decent camera, you could achieve much better video quality. It might also be a lighting issue, I'm not sure. However, regarding the audio, there were moments where I couldn't catch what you were saying. sorry for the essay. i use chatGPT to write for me 😂 keep it up 👍

  nope nope nope. you are not meant to rinse you mouth out with water, at all. If you do, you are basically negating the effectiveness of brushing teeth. You should not drink anything for at least 10-15 minutes after brushing.
