Mariko's father wanted to kill the murderous Taiko. He knew what the consequences would be so before he did so he married off his prized daughter whom he wanted to someday restore their family's honor. To ensure she survived to fulfill her father's plan, he chose the best fighter in the clan to protect her: Buntaro. Buntaro loves Mariko but he's frustrated by the way she wants to commit seppuku. His mean and brutish, warrior demeanor unfortunately just doesn't make him a good husband. If Buntaro was a kind, understanding and loving husband, he'd have a chance at changing her mind about death.

@@reactuniversity5277 Yep, I think Toranaga laughed because the Barbarian gave him his swords and also because he knew that Fuji's father's swords were worthless swords bought with a couple of bags of rice. But since John gave the worthless swords to Toranaga in a situation like that, the swords gained a new meaning. It wasn't the value of the swords, it was respect. - Toranaga's men must have later unearthed his own precious swords, or at least must have tried to find them.

The ultra-perceptive Kiku who made Mariko insecure with her beauty and grace indicated that she (Kiku) would aid her (Mariko) with her feelings for John. Kiku: "A woman cannot look away when another suffers." She (Kiku) then proceeds to demonstrate the power of the "empty space" as she positions herself opposite of John with Mariko in between them knowing that Mariko would translate everything she said. Unfortunately Mariko's 8-fold fence got in the way of her translating "be here with me now". Just another powerful, award-worthy scene from this series!

I don't trust Mysaria; she has always wanted more power, and Rhaenyra is very powerful. In the book, Rhaenyra is very possibly bisexual, though most of her relationships are with men.

Another good episode to develop more of team green and the corlys bastards sons. What in the hell was that rhaenyra and white worm scene? Lets talk about forced incest and lets kiss right after. Looks like daemon will FINALLY get an army soon and hopefully the blacks will strike soon. The Greens are so intriguing with their complex relationships. Alicent and Criston have a silent goodbye of things not said. We get more info about Daeron and how his personality is. We get larys and his bond with aegon while failing to manipulate Aemond. Aemond who is cold and calculating and trying to take the fight to the blacks to face daemon and the river lords. Another moment that I like is the goodbye to criston it says a lot without saying nothing. The way they both look at each or glance at each when the others back is turned says a lot about their relationship. Definitely a well built up episode.

What an episode indeed. A lot of moving pieces and developments for each character. I feel really bad for Aegon and glad to see he still around. Smart move from Rhaernyra with the food but now she trying to get those panties I wonder if that relationship will go south. It is on brand for Rhaernyra though. She use to go after pleasure and deal with the consequences later. I’m can’t stand the season with Daemon. He keeps tripping on mushrooms and that whole story plot just irritates me. Over all great episode for sure.

I saw this was a oung channel so I wanted to give some feedback. Consider removing the background music esp once you're giving final thoughts and the ep is over (copyright wont ive you trouble for that segemnt) The sound overlaps with your voice and makes you hard to hear. Alicent have not learn the lesson of using your kids as pawns. Her dad did it to her and, your right, she is doing it back. A generational curse it seems. I do feel for Aegon. He is a product of his upbringing and no one taught him right. He wants and seeks approval from people who uses him. Just like the fake kings guards that was his friend. Rhaenys...man. Aegon is not a good person but not an evil one either, he’s just a broken person, but in a position he never wanted and is hated by the people who used him. He was genuinely a good father to his legitimate son and drove to give him everything that his actual father never did. His son is dead. That seems to genuinely enjoy his presence is his loyal dragon.

Aegon is a great character in the show. I would hate to lose him. There’s no one in this show that is good. All are flawed people. The only innocent person in the show, at least to me, is Helaena. I like her as a person but for entertainment, I like Aegon more. He’s a trashy person personally, but fun to watch. I was very angry to see what happened to him at the end. Aegon made a bad decision by trying killing several people in the hopes of killing the one guilty one. @@GLitiatc0 There's a difference: Aegon didn't have to hang all the ratcatchers. Rhaenys had to escape with Meleys in order to survive, and the only way out was to bust through the ceiling of the dragonpit which was the floor of the sept.

And Rhaenys didn’t have to burst through the floor, there is literally an entrance to the dragon pit that leads outside; we see Syrax and Caraxes use it. Edit: and there aren’t even any doors that close off the dragon pit entrance that’s built into the cliff side wall.

Everyone is choosing sides, and I get it - team Green vs team Black. As far as I’m concerned ain’t no one on the show fart smells good. They all shitty. Only person I truly like on the show is Helaena, and I was trashing her last season - not of any other reason than her being weird. Aegon is still trashy but I like him as a character. And you heard me say I like him 16:24. “I don’t like Aegon, but I kind of do”. Tom Carney is doing phenomenal. What a character.

Rhaenys was in a very bad position - her chances of getting out of King's Landing alive if she did not reach her dragon and fly out on her were dismal. Rhaneys had no money, and even if she reached a ship, there's no likelihood one would have taken her to Dragonstone; more likely they would have seized her and taken her back to the Red Keep and the Greens' custody. Eventually, unless Rhaenys agreed to join the Greens, they would have killed her to keep Meleys from being used against them, or kept her a prisoner to force Corlys and perhaps Baela to stay neutral and not back Rhaenyra. The gate of the dragonpit was guarded, her only way out of it was to have Meleys break through the floor. It was not Rhaenys' choice to place the innocent crowd between herself and freedom; and she did not owe them her protection, technically, they had just verbally pledged fealty to Aegon. If I were in that situation, I'm not sure that, regretfully, I would not have made the same choice, rather than die or remain a captive.

A few fun facts: 1) Eren didn't open his eyes during rumbling. He opened his eyes in his last breath just to see Mikasa 2) Mikasa wrote, "Here forever rest peacefully, my most beloved, my dear. 854" on Eren's grave. The first two times Mikasa visits Eren's grave, she puts four roses, which means nothing will come between two people who love each other but can not be together / tragic love. The last time she put one rose, which means "you are still THE one." 3)A white flower was placed during her death, which symbolizes purity and virginity. So, taken together, Mikasa's flowers send the message that she won't forget Eren, she still loves him (but believes he can no longer love her back), she will remain devoted to him, and she is waiting. 4) They spent 4 years living together in Paths (ch. 138) And only when he "passed away" there, was she able to kill him in the real world. 5) In the ending credits where Eren and Mikasa were buried, an old man Armin still visited their graves. He was the last to die from the trio, just like when they were kids running to the tree, he was the last one who reached the tree. 6) This is a very famous consideration. It is believed that the bird that last wrapped the scarf around Misaka's head was a bird known by its Japanese name, the "Tohzoku Kamome." Also, the english name of this bird is "Pomarine Jaeger

My score for the show...100/10. (yes, one-hundred out of ten) Love your reaction of the final chapters! This is the second video I've watched of you two. I'm going to go back to the beginning and see your first impressions and react to certain scenes throughout the show. Attack on Titan is an absolute masterpiece in recent history in the world of entertainment and story-telling, despite the genre. But that's just my opinion lol.

I think it’s important to show all the people suffering during the rumbling also because it challenges this whole narrative that “Eren didn’t have a choice.” He did technically have a choice, and he actively chose genociding the entire world, including other people who has nothing to do Marley’s and other countries governmental decisions. Including other people who were oppressed by Marley. It’s true that Marley did have propaganda with other countries to try to make eldia the enemies, but it’s also true that the declaration of war that happened was also planned by Zeke and Eren planned as part of Zeke’s plan to get all the military to gather their forces so the partial rumbling could destroy their military fleet. They played into that fear of others for their own benefit…but Eren took it a step further and did the entire rumbling when he didn’t need to at all. The whole beginning of this episode with Eren’s monologue, Eren admitted that a part of him felt like this was choice to go, but a part of him wanted to just wipe the world away because it wasn’t the way he dreamed it was when he used to fantasize getting out the walls. It’s like when people who are upset and over life say “this world is hell so I just want to burn this m*****er up”. And he took it out on people who didn’t deserve it. It’s like the oppressor becoming the oppressed. Eren’s such a complex character and I think he represents so much about certain parts of it nature, including bad things too

Just saw your reaction. Here is you information you may not know. Shogun is based on a book my James Clavell written in 1975. There was a TV mimiseries made in 1980. The people in the story are based on real people he just changed their names and some details. Fun fact John's children are named Elizabeth and Tudor which is the name of the queen of England at this time Elizabeth the first.

Septa Rhaenrya is serving I’m sorry 😂😂😂 aegon is crappy and I’m not gon lie I felt bad for Aemond in that scene cause some things never changed especially his shitty brother who loves to bully him and I can see him plotting to get rid of aegon once he gets the chance, it broke my heart that Rhaenrya had for say goodbye to her boys who will probably never see her again after this but it’s for the best since she almost got killed in her own home with her family so it’s not safe at this point and once again she’s the best mother hands down to always put them first, it seems daemon did feel guilty for the jahaerys but also he saw young rhaenrya as maybe he failed her or maybe he misses the younger her who understood him the most at that time and was never disappointed in him like now🤷🏾♀️ that was alys rivers who’s a witch and plays a role in this season so yeah, i get why people are upset ask to why rhaenrya went to see alicent in secret which was risky but i also get why it need to happen since she needed assurance and to know why alicent did all this and her father actual change his mind but now she knows he didn’t and alicent once again couldn’t even admit she was wrong 😑 but would rather be in denial now of she she misunderstood when it was so obvious but she won’t do anything and I’m sorry but whomp whomp Rhaenrya must now not hold back atp and now it’s war so let’s go queen light they ass up!🔥🔥🔥😭😤

Great insight on Daemon. I didn't think about him seeing young Rhaenrya as him "maybe" missing on old her. However, there's no doubt in my mind, that scene showed us that he was remorseful for what ended up happening to Jahaerys. Aemond, has a lot a faults but I do still like him for some reason. I, however, can never forgive what happened to Luke. As for Alicent and Rhaenrya, I like this scene. Alicent needed to know the truth and so did Rhaenrya. Knowing that this soon-to-be-war that is about to unfold was due to a misunderstanding is very unfortunate. This soon-to-be-war has taking a multiple lives, from Lords, to kids, to babies and now I whole town. There is no stopping what comes next. IT'S TIME FOR WAR!!! Mahahahahahahahaha!!!

His mean and brutish, warrior demeanor unfortunately just doesn't make him a good husband. If Buntaro was a kind, understanding and loving husband, he'd have a chance at changing her mind about death.

But since John gave the worthless swords to Toranaga in a situation like that, the swords gained a new meaning. It wasn't the value of the swords, it was respect. - Toranaga's men must have later unearthed his own precious swords, or at least must have tried to find them.

The ultra-perceptive Kiku who made Mariko insecure with her beauty and grace indicated that she (Kiku) would aid her (Mariko) with her feelings for John. Kiku: "A woman cannot look away when another suffers." She (Kiku) then proceeds to demonstrate the power of the "empty space" as she positions herself opposite of John with Mariko in between them knowing that Mariko would translate everything she said. Unfortunately Mariko's 8-fold fence got in the way of her translating "be here with me now". Just another powerful, award-worthy scene from this series!

I don't trust Mysaria; she has always wanted more power, and Rhaenyra is very powerful. In the book, Rhaenyra is very possibly bisexual, though most of her relationships are with men.
I think Rhaenyra getting with Mysaria is on brand. She hasn’t been her freaky self as of late - chasing her passions. Just don’t want it to cause wrong feelings when they need to be focus.

Another good episode to develop more of team green and the corlys bastards sons. What in the hell was that rhaenyra and white worm scene? Lets talk about forced incest and lets kiss right after. Looks like daemon will FINALLY get an army soon and hopefully the blacks will strike soon. The Greens are so intriguing with their complex relationships. Alicent and Criston have a silent goodbye of things not said. We get more info about Daeron and how his personality is. We get larys and his bond with aegon while failing to manipulate Aemond. Aemond who is cold and calculating and trying to take the fight to the blacks to face daemon and the river lords. Another moment that I like is the goodbye to criston it says a lot without saying nothing. The way they both look at each or glance at each when the others back is turned says a lot about their relationship. Definitely a well built up episode.
What an episode indeed. A lot of moving pieces and developments for each character. I feel really bad for Aegon and glad to see he still around. Smart move from Rhaernyra with the food but now she trying to get those panties I wonder if that relationship will go south. It is on brand for Rhaernyra though. She use to go after pleasure and deal with the consequences later. I’m can’t stand the season with Daemon. He keeps tripping on mushrooms and that whole story plot just irritates me. Over all great episode for sure.

Consider removing the background music esp once you're giving final thoughts and the ep is over (copyright wont ive you trouble for that segemnt) The sound overlaps with your voice and makes you hard to hear. Aegon is not a good person but not an evil one either, he’s just a broken person, but in a position he never wanted and is hated by the people who used him. He was genuinely a good father to his legitimate son and drove to give him everything that his actual father never did. His son is dead. That seems to genuinely enjoy his presence is his loyal dragon.
Aegon is a great character in the show. I would hate to lose him. There’s no one in this show that is good. All are flawed people. The only innocent person in the show, at least to me, is Helaena. I like her as a person but for entertainment, I like Aegon more. He’s a trashy person personally, but fun to watch. I was very angry to see what happened to him at the end. Everyone is choosing sides, and I get it - team Green vs team Black. As far as I’m concerned ain’t no one on the show fart smells good. They all shitty. Only person I truly like on the show is Helaena, and I was trashing her last season - not of any other reason than her being weird. Aegon is still trashy but I like him as a character. And you heard me say I like him 16:24. “I don’t like Aegon, but I kind of do”. Tom Carney is doing phenomenal. What a character.
Rhaenys was in a very bad position - her chances of getting out of King's Landing alive if she did not reach her dragon and fly out on her were dismal. Rhaneys had no money, and even if she reached a ship, there's no likelihood one would have taken her to Dragonstone; more likely they would have seized her and taken her back to the Red Keep and the Greens' custody. Eventually, unless Rhaenys agreed to join the Greens, they would have killed her to keep Meleys from being used against them, or kept her a prisoner to force Corlys and perhaps Baela to stay neutral and not back Rhaenyra. The gate of the dragonpit was guarded, her only way out of it was to have Meleys break through the floor. It was not Rhaenys' choice to place the innocent crowd between herself and freedom; and she did not owe them her protection, technically, they had just verbally pledged fealty to Aegon. If I were in that situation, I'm not sure that, regretfully, I would not have made the same choice, rather than die or remain a captive.

So, taken together, Mikasa's flowers send the message that she won't forget Eren, she still loves him (but believes he can no longer love her back), she will remain devoted to him, and she is waiting. 4) They spent 4 years living together in Paths (ch. 138) And only when he "passed away" there, was she able to kill him in the real world. 5) In the ending credits where Eren and Mikasa were buried, an old man Armin still visited their graves. He was the last to die from the trio, just like when they were kids running to the tree, he was the last one who reached the tree. 6) This is a very famous consideration. It is believed that the bird that last wrapped the scarf around Misaka's head was a bird known by its Japanese name, the "Tohzoku Kamome." Also, the english name of this bird is "Pomarine Jaeger

I'm going to go back to the beginning and see your first impressions and react to certain scenes throughout the show. Attack on Titan is an absolute masterpiece in recent history in the world of entertainment and story-telling, despite the genre. But that's just my opinion lol.

I think it’s important to show all the people suffering during the rumbling also because it challenges this whole narrative that “Eren didn’t have a choice.” He did technically have a choice, and he actively chose genociding the entire world, including other people who has nothing to do Marley’s and other countries governmental decisions. Including other people who were oppressed by Marley. It’s true that Marley did have propaganda with other countries to try to make eldia the enemies, but it’s also true that the declaration of war that happened was also planned by Zeke and Eren planned as part of Zeke’s plan to get all the military to gather their forces so the partial rumbling could destroy their military fleet. They played into that fear of others for their own benefit…but Eren took it a step further and did the entire rumbling when he didn’t need to at all. The whole beginning of this episode with Eren’s monologue, Eren admitted that a part of him felt like this was choice to go, but a part of him wanted to just wipe the world away because it wasn’t the way he dreamed it was when he used to fantasize getting out the walls. It’s like when people who are upset and over life say “this world is hell so I just want to burn this m*****er up”. And he took it out on people who didn’t deserve it. It’s like the oppressor becoming the oppressed. Eren’s such a complex character and I think he represents so much about certain parts of it nature, including bad things too

Just saw your reaction. Here is you information you may not know. Shogun is based on a book my James Clavell written in 1975. There was a TV mimiseries made in 1980. The people in the story are based on real people he just changed their names and some details. Fun fact John's children are named Elizabeth and Tudor which is the name of the queen of England at this time Elizabeth the first.

Septa Rhaenrya is serving I’m sorry 😂😂😂 aegon is crappy and I’m not gon lie I felt bad for Aemond in that scene cause some things never changed especially his shitty brother who loves to bully him and I can see him plotting to get rid of aegon once he gets the chance, it broke my heart that Rhaenrya had for say goodbye to her boys who will probably never see her again after this but it’s for the best since she almost got killed in her own home with her family so it’s not safe at this point and once again she’s the best mother hands down to always put them first, it seems daemon did feel guilty for the jahaerys but also he saw young rhaenrya as maybe he failed her or maybe he misses the younger her who understood him the most at that time and was never disappointed in him like now🤷🏾♀️ that was alys rivers who’s a witch and plays a role in this season so yeah, i get why people are upset ask to why rhaenrya went to see alicent in secret which was risky but i also get why it need to happen since she needed assurance and to know why alicent did all this and her father actual change his mind but now she knows he didn’t and alicent once again couldn’t even admit she was wrong 😑 but would rather be in denial now of she she misunderstood when it was so obvious but she won’t do anything and I’m sorry but whomp whomp Rhaenrya must now not hold back atp and now it’s war so let’s go queen light they ass up!🔥🔥🔥😭😤
Great insight on Daemon. I didn't think about him seeing young Rhaenrya as him "maybe" missing on old her. However, there's no doubt in my mind, that scene showed us that he was remorseful for what ended up happening to Jahaerys. Aemond, has a lot a faults but I do still like him for some reason. I, however, can never forgive what happened to Luke. As for Alicent and Rhaenrya, I like this scene. Alicent needed to know the truth and so did Rhaenrya. Knowing that this soon-to-be-war that is about to unfold was due to a misunderstanding is very unfortunate. This soon-to-be-war has taking a multiple lives, from Lords, to kids, to babies and now I whole town. There is no stopping what comes next. IT'S TIME FOR WAR!!! Mahahahahahahahaha!!!
