  All of the snapping tutorials have people using VERY basic shapes, like cubes. Show me how to snap an object to a face on an icosphere, for example. AND, don't snap a cube to an icosphere face, instead snap a more complex object.

  When I wireframe a cube it only gives faces on the edges it has no depth even if I increase the width only gets longer till it closes in not wider?

  Excellent tutorial! I'm wondering is there a way of limiting the noise on the Z axis other than using the scale? I would like an object to randomly go up and down but I don't want it to go below a certain point? Thanks for any tips you may have.

  Weird, anytime I follow these instructions and add the collection instance - the empty comes in but doesnt have the geometry with it.... so I just get a random empty.
